Abstract
一种用于室内棚面装修的立体集成吊顶，在结构架外边缘设有根据结构架外缘的造型而形成的立体造型装饰板，在结构架上设有凹槽、受力筋和外缘，凹槽便于装饰板通过压条凸起面与结构架连接，特点是，通过结构架造型和其外缘设有的装饰板使室内棚面装修更美观、环保、防火、使用寿命长、安装工期短、便于维护。

背景技术
目前，公知的室内棚面装修造型，一般采用木质框架，通过贴石膏板和粉刷涂料等方法，达到立体造型效果，存在的不足是，不环保、使用寿命短、安装工期长、不便于维护。
发明内容
为了克服现有上述存在的不足，本实用新型的目的是要提供一种用于室内棚面装修的立体集成吊顶，使室内棚面装修更美观、环保、防火、使用寿命长、安装工期短、便于维护。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是，槽型板通过膨胀螺栓与棚面连接，槽型板上的定位孔是安装槽钢板时定位用的；连接板通过联接螺栓与槽型板联接；结构架上设有受力筋、结构架外缘和结构架凹槽，结构架通过连接板上的梯形槽与连接板联接，结构架相对连接板可以左右移动，便于修正相邻结构架的相对位置；装饰板分成两部分，便于制造，装饰板里面沿相邻两个结构架外缘接触，将压条凸起面嵌入结构架凹槽中，使装饰板与结构架牢牢地结合到一起。
本实用新型的有益效果是，通过结构架造型和其外缘设有的装饰板，使室内棚面装修更美观、环保、防火、使用寿命长、安装工期短、便于维护。

具体实施方式
槽型板7是用钢板冲压而成，连接板8用钢板制成，结构架4是一次注塑制造，装饰板1(2)为冲压金属板，压条3用薄金属板冲压而成。槽型板7通过膨胀螺栓6与棚面连接，槽型板7上的定位孔12是安装槽型板7时定位用的；连接板8通过联接螺栓5与槽型板7联接；结构架4上设有受力筋9、结构架外缘10和结构架凹槽13，结构架4通过连接板8上的梯形槽11与连接板8联接，结构架4相对连接板8可以左右移动，便于修正相邻结构架4的相对位置；装饰板1(2)分成两部分，便于制造，装饰板1(2)里面沿相邻两个结构架外缘10接触，将压条凸起面14嵌入结构架凹槽13中，使装饰板1(2)与结构架4牢牢地结合到一起。装饰板1(2)是根据结构架外缘10造型，呈现不同形状，达到立体装饰效果。

1.一种用于室内棚面装修的立体集成吊顶，结构架(4)上设有结构架凹槽(13)、受力筋(9)和结构架外缘(10)，其特征是装饰板(1、2)与结构架外缘(10)接触，通过压条凸起面(14)和结构架凹槽(13)的配合，使装饰板(1、2)与结构架(4)牢牢地结合在一起，通过结构架(4)的不同造型和结构架外缘(10)设有的装饰板(1、2)使集成吊顶呈现不同的立体装饰效果。
