背景技术
由于客车地板比较复杂，出于安全考虑，在各种底板骨架拐角处需要进行压条装饰，目前通常使用铝制压条，而铝制压条在拐角对缝处出经常出现对接不整齐，且安装后不美观，造成经常返工，浪费材料。
发明内容
本实用新型目的在于提供一种结构简单，使用方便，外形美观的客车地板专用塑料拐角压条。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型可采取下述技术方案：
本实用新型所述的客车地板专用塑料拐角压条，包括呈直角形的压条本体，在所述压条本体的内、外侧两侧分别圆弧过渡设置有内、外裙边，在所述压条本体的上表面开设有螺钉固定孔及装饰凹槽，所述压条本体及内、外裙边经注塑机一体注塑成型。
本实用新型优点在于结构简单，使用方便，利用经注塑机一体注塑成型的塑料拐角压条来代替地板骨架拐角处的铝压条对缝，减轻了工人劳动强度，提高了工作效率，减少材料浪费现象。

具体实施方式
如图1、2所示，本实用新型所述的客车地板专用塑料拐角压条，包括呈直角形的压条本体1，在所述压条本体1的内、外侧两侧分别圆弧过渡设置有内裙边2和外裙边3，在所述压条本体1的上表面开设有螺钉固定孔4及装饰凹槽，所述压条本体1及内裙边2和外裙边3经注塑机用ABS材料一体注塑成型；使用时通过螺钉直接将塑料拐角压条固定在客车底板骨架的拐角处即可，方便实用。

1.一种客车地板专用塑料拐角压条，包括呈直角形的压条本体（1），其特征在于：在所述压条本体（1）的内、外侧两侧分别圆弧过渡设置有内、外裙边（2、3），在所述压条本体（1）的上表面开设有螺钉固定孔（4）及装饰凹槽，所述压条本体（1）及内、外裙边（2、3）经注塑机一体注塑成型。
