背景技术
高压截止阀是一款新型阀门，适应于石油钻采行业，目前API6A阀门中无此种结构类型的阀门。主要针对于现有各种阀门打开关闭时间较长，而设计的一种能迅速切断流体的阀门，目前API6A阀门普遍打开关闭时间较长，且旋转扭矩较大。
因此，为克服上述技术的不足而设计出能够快速关闭油路的阀门的一种高压快速关闭阀门，正是发明人所要解决的问题。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足，本实用新型的目的是提供一种高压快速关闭阀门，其结构简单，使用方便，能够快速关闭油路，有非常好的实用价值。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种高压快速关闭阀门，其特征在于：阀门包含阀体、阀座、阀瓣、阀杆、导向键、手轮、阀杆螺母，阀门内置可活动调整阀瓣，阀座与阀体采用非金属与软金属双密封，阀瓣周向通过导向键进行间隙圆周固定，阀杆螺母连接有阀杆，阀杆螺母顶端连接有手轮。
本实用新型的有益效果是：
1、本实用新型通过对阀门内部的结构改进，克服了现有的阀门的关闭时间较长，且旋转扭矩较大的问题，可以实现快速关闭油路，有非常好的效果。

本实用新型高压截止阀是一款API6A与API6D相结合的一种新型阀门，阀门两侧采用标准API法兰连接，连接密封可靠，本实用新型在使用过程中：阀门内置可活动调整阀瓣3，能够自动找准密封配合中心，实行可靠快速截止密封，阀座2与阀体1采用非金属与软金属双密封，阀瓣3周向通过导向键5进行间隙圆周固定，轴向由阀杆螺母7的转动带动阀杆4上下的运动，关闭阀门时阀瓣3上具有一个向下的压力差，推进密封，同时还可逆时针转动手轮6，使得阀瓣3顶住阀座2，实现机械强迫截止密封。
