背景技术
冶金、矿山行业，需要管路进行物料的输送，而在进行物料输送时，由于物料为块状或颗粒状，为保证正常工作的进行，管路必须具备耐磨的属性，在现有的生产环节中，该管路一般采用橡胶制成，尽管随着技术的进步，橡胶的耐磨程度不断增加，但使用在冶金、矿山行业物料输送时，损坏程度仍较大，需要经常更换，提高企业的生产成本。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术存在的问题，本实用新型提供一种耐磨管，满足冶金、矿山行业物料输送的要求，耐磨程度高，从而降低企业的生产成本。
为了实现上述目的，本实用新型采用的技术方案是：一种耐磨管，包括橡胶层，在橡胶层外圈依次设有帘子布、金属螺旋骨架、子口布以及保护胶，所述的金属螺旋骨架外部由填充胶填充。
为了加强管路的耐磨度，所述帘子布由军用防弹纺织纤维制成。
所述金属螺旋骨架采用合金钢制成，使其具有良好的强度以及与橡胶层极佳的亲和力。
本实用新型的有益效果是：提高了管路的耐磨程度，延长管路的使用寿命，从而降低企业的生产成本。

如图1所示：本实用新型包括橡胶层6，在橡胶层6外圈依次设有帘子布5、金属螺旋骨架3、子口布2以及保护胶1，保护胶1设在管路最外层，用以防止在使用过程中，耐磨管内层的损坏，所述的金属螺旋骨架3外部由填充胶4填充。
为了加强管路的耐磨度，所述帘子布5由军用防弹纺织纤维制成。
所述金属螺旋骨架3采用合金钢制成，使其具有良好的强度以及与橡胶层6极佳的亲和力。
采用本实用新型所制成的耐磨管，其耐磨程度更高，因而在生产过程中使用时间更长，提高了使用寿命，从而降低企业的生产成本。

1.一种耐磨管，包括橡胶层（6），其特征在于在橡胶层（6）外圈依次设有帘子布（5）、金属螺旋骨架（3）、子口布（2）以及保护胶（1），所述的金属螺旋骨架（3）外部由填充胶（4）填充。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐磨管，其特征在于，所述帘子布（5）由军用防弹纺织纤维制成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐磨管，其特征在于，所述金属螺旋骨架（3）采用合金钢制成。
