本实用新型涉及一种工装,尤其涉及一种便于通过起重机抬起的用于装运电解板或铜条的便捷抬物架。
背景技术
传统的厂区内,对于用于电解析出回收各种金属元素的铜棒和电解板的搬运,往往通过人工搬运,而铜棒和电解板的重量大,人工搬运需要损耗大量的劳动力,而使用一般的抬物架通过起重机抬起装运铜棒和电解板,由于不是专用抬物架,一次装运不多,成本高,一次装运过多时铜棒和电解板在搬运过程中容易掉落,造成事故。

为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型设计了一种便于通过起重机抬起的用于装运电解板或铜条的便捷抬物架。
本实用新型采用如下技术方案:
一种便捷抬物架,包括长方形的底架,底架的四角上分别固定设置有支撑杆,支撑杆端部设置有吊耳,底架的相对两侧面分别设置有装板架,两侧的装板架内分别均匀设置有多个栅板,栅板间形成插板槽,两侧的插板槽相互对应,底架的另外相对两侧面分别设置有装棒架。该便捷抬物架通过两侧装板架和底架形成装板室,可方便将电解板插入插板槽装运,一次可通过起重机平稳装运多个,且可通过两侧装棒架形成的装棒室一次装运大量铜棒,装运效率高,装运过程平稳,装运的安全系数高。
作为优选,所述装棒架的底面为圆弧状。通过圆弧状地面合理利用空间,充分装运铜棒。
