技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种外墙外保温系统,特别是一种保温砂浆与模塑聚苯板复合外墙外保温系统。
背景技术
目前,我国建筑为了满足建筑节能的要求,大量采用各种保温材料作为外围护结构的保温层。外墙外保温作法以板材类薄抹灰外墙外保温系统为主,但传统的薄抹灰外墙外保温面层的断裂、裂缝、渗透水、防火性能差等缺陷严重;保温墙体裂缝的存在,降低了外墙外保温系统的整体性、耐候性、保温性和抗震性等。因此,我国现在急需进一步提高墙体保温系统的性能,提高保温系统的保温性、安全性、耐候性、防火性能,降低建筑成本、生产成本及制作工艺难度,实现低碳环保、建筑节能。
实用新型内容
本实用新型为解决公知技术中存在的技术问题而提供一种保温砂浆与模塑聚苯板复合外墙外保温系统,该系统能够提高建筑外墙外保温系统的保温性、耐候性、防火性、安全性,并且生产工艺简单、成本低,便于大批量成产。
本实用新型为解决公知技术中存在的技术问题所采取的技术方案是:一种保温砂浆与模塑聚苯板复合外墙外保温系统,包括从内至外依次设置的胶粘层、石墨聚苯板层、界面砂浆层、镀锌电焊网层、保温砂浆层、抗裂砂浆层和面层;所述胶粘层涂布在基层墙体的水泥砂浆抹面上;所述石墨聚苯板层粘结在所述胶粘层上;所述界面砂浆层涂布在所述石墨聚苯板层;所述保温砂浆层抹在所述界面砂浆层上;所述镀锌电焊网层施作在保温砂浆层内,并通过锚栓固定在基层墙体上;所述抗裂砂浆层抹在所述保温砂浆层上,所述抗裂砂浆层内压入有耐碱网布,所述面层施作在所述抗裂砂浆层上。
本实用新型具有的优点和积极效果是:以模塑聚苯板作为主要保温材料,以保温砂浆作为防火隔热材料,以镀锌电焊网作为骨架,形成保温砂浆与模塑聚苯板复合外墙外保温系统,即节能又环保,保温隔热性能显著,防火性能好,耐候性好,抗裂性好,能够提高建筑的保温性能;同时该保温系统生产工艺简单、成本低,便于大量生产,减少能源消耗;重量轻,便于安装,降低施工难度,实现低碳环保、建筑节能。
综上所述,本实用新型生产工艺简单,成本较低,可实现大量快速生产,具有很好的保温防火效果,能降低建筑的能耗,适用于新建筑的建设和老建筑的改造,更好地实现建筑的绿色低碳节能。

请参阅图1,一种保温砂浆与模塑聚苯板复合外墙外保温系统,包括从内至外依次设置的胶粘层3、石墨聚苯板层4、界面砂浆层5、镀锌电焊网层6、保温砂浆层7、抗裂砂浆层8和面层10;所述胶粘层3涂布在基层墙体1的水泥砂浆抹面2上;所述石墨聚苯板层4粘结在所述胶粘层3上;所述界面砂浆层5涂布在所述石墨聚苯板层4;所述保温砂浆层7抹在所述界面砂浆层5上;所述镀锌电焊网层6施作在保温砂浆层7内,并通过锚栓9固定在所述基层墙体1上;所述保温砂浆层7抹在所述界面砂浆层5上;所述抗裂砂浆层8抹在所述保温砂浆层7上,所述抗裂砂浆层8内压入有耐碱网布;所述面层10施作在所述抗裂砂浆层8上。
本实用新型采用镀锌电焊网作为骨架,以保证系统的整体性。采用界面砂浆粘结石墨聚苯板与保温砂浆。通过把两种保温材料有效地结合,做成一种保温系统,通过界面砂浆粘结石墨聚苯板与保温砂浆两种保温材料,整体具有很好的保温隔热性能。同时保温砂浆属于A1级保温材料,它将主保温层以及门窗框外侧洞口四周、女儿墙、封闭阳台和出挑构件等热桥部位完全包裹,使保温系统形成一个封闭整体,使整个保温系统具有极好的防火性能。因此,该保温系统具有很好的保温性、耐候性、防火性、防渗透性,能够大幅度提高建筑的保温性能。
尽管上面结合附图对本实用新型的优选实施例进行了描述,但是本实用新型并不局限于上述的具体实施方式,上述的具体实施方式仅仅是示意性的,并不是限制性的,本领域的普通技术人员在本实用新型的启示下,在不脱离本实用新型宗旨和权利要求所保护的范围情况下,还可以作出很多形式,这些均属于本实用新型的保护范围之内。
