Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种按钮开关的防水结构，包括底座（1），设置在底座（1）上的壳体（2），与壳体（2）配合的按钮（3）；所述壳体（2）包括外壁（4）和内壁（5），外壁（4）和内壁（5）间形成一个槽（6），所述按钮（3）的侧壁置于槽（6）内；本实用新型解决了现有按钮开关防油防水性能不佳的问题，且防水等级已超过了IPX3等级，有效的保护了开关内部电路。

本实用新型涉及一种车用小开关结构，尤其涉及一种按钮开关的防水结构。
背景技术
现有按钮开关在雨天或洗车时若车窗未关，雨水进入车内打在开关上，或驾驶员不小心将液体饮料打在开关上，这些液体物质都会沿着开关按键周遍的间隙进入开关内部，导致开关内部线路板腐蚀、氧化或短路，造成开关的损坏。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种按钮开关的防水结构，解决了现有按钮开关防油防水性能不佳的问题，延长了开关的使用寿命。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：
一种按钮开关的防水结构，包括底座，设置在底座上的壳体，与壳体配合的按钮，所述壳体包括外壁和内壁，外壁和内壁间形成一个槽，所述按钮的侧壁置于槽内。
为了防止液体流到内部电路上，槽的底部设置有一组排水口。
为了帮助按钮回位，改善按钮的手感，内壁上设置有一端封闭的安装孔，安装孔内设置有回位弹簧，所述按钮内设置有导柱，导柱末端置于回位弹簧内。
本实用新型的有益效果：通过将壳体内分为外壁与内壁两层，使得开关内部电路与外界隔绝，避免了因液体流到开关内部线路板上，造成开关烧蚀的问题；进一步的，在槽的底部设置有一组排水口，可以有效的将从按钮周边进入的液体排出，该结构的防水等级已超过了IPX3等级，有效的保护了开关内部电路，提高开关的可靠性。

具体实施方式
实施例，如图1至2所示，一种按钮开关的防水结构，包括底座1，设置在底座1上的壳体2，与壳体2配合的按钮3；所述壳体2包括外壁4和内壁5，外壁4和内壁5间形成一个槽6，按钮3的侧壁置于槽6内。
为了防止液体流到内部电路上，所述槽6的底部设置有一组排水口7。
为了帮助按钮回位，改善按钮的手感，内壁5上设置有一端封闭的安装孔8，安装孔内设置有回位弹簧9，所述按钮3内设置有导柱10，导柱10末端置于回位弹簧9内。
将壳体分为外壁和内壁两层，外壁和内壁间形成一个槽，使得开关内部电路与外界隔绝，按钮装上后，液体无法进行开关内部的线路板上，一旦液体从按钮周边进入后，会被内壁挡住，并从排水口流出开关外，该结构的防水等级已超过了IPX3等级，有效的保护了开关内部电路，提高了开关的可靠性。

1.一种按钮开关的防水结构，包括底座（1），设置在底座（1）上的壳体（2），与壳体（2）配合的按钮（3）；其特征在于：所述壳体（2）包括外壁（4）和内壁（5），外壁（4）和内壁（5）间形成一个槽（6），所述按钮（3）的侧壁置于槽（6）内。
2.如权利要求1所述的按钮开关的防水结构，其特征在于：所述槽（6）的底部设置有一组排水口（7）。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的按钮开关的防水结构，其特征在于：所述内壁（5）上设置有一端封闭的安装孔（8），安装孔内设置有回位弹簧（9），所述按钮（3）内设置有导柱（10），导柱（10）末端置于回位弹簧（9）内。
