本实用新型涉及汗布针织行业，尤其是一种竹节彩条汗布。
背景技术
纬编针织织物主要由三种面料结构单元，即成圈、集圈和不编织，成圈表示吃全针，针织完成整个编织过程，形成线圈；集圈表示吃半针，针织只是吃纱没有脱圈、成圈，在旧线圈上型材圆弧；而不编织表示不吃针，在织物背面形成浮线。完成一组线圈编织的结构成为路。
现有的纬编针织织物主要为单面布和双面布两种，这两种布结构简单，回弹性、透气性能较差，使用受到一定的限制。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是为了解决上述技术的不足而提供一种回弹性好，透气性能好的竹节彩条汗布。
为了达到上述目的，本实用新型所设计的竹节彩条汗布，采用34英寸24针单面机织造，其具有花型循环组成，花型循环具有1个线圈纵行和22个线圈横列，其22路皆为成圈；其中：第1至11路的喂纱为32英支全棉纱双纱同时喂入，第12至22路的喂纱为面纱以32英支全棉竹节纱和底纱以30英支纶棉色纱双纱同时喂入。
其花型循环可在横向、纵向无限重复延伸。
作为优化，为了增加布面的不规则的提花效果，所述的竹节纱的结构为两种直径的纱线间隔设置。
本实用新型所得到的竹节彩条汗布，在34英寸24针单面机上研发而成，其以竹节纱为面纱、色纱为底纱，产生朦胧感，同时具有不规则提花效果，而且还与全棉纱间隔设置，产生大跨度的颜色变化，同时该竹节彩条汗布面料生产成本低，质地柔软，穿着舒适，回弹性、吸汗性能和透气性能良好。

如图1所示，本实施例描述的竹节彩条汗布，采用34英寸24针单面机织造，其具有花型循环1组成，花型循环1具有1个线圈纵行和22个线圈横列，其22路皆为成圈；其中：第1至11路的喂纱为32英支全棉纱双纱同时喂入，第12至22路的喂纱为面纱以32英支全棉竹节纱和底纱以30英支纶棉色纱双纱同时喂入，所述的竹节纱的结构为两种直径的纱线间隔设置，其花型循环1可在横向、纵向无限重复延伸。

1.一种竹节彩条汗布，其特征是：采用34英寸24针单面机织造，其具有花型循环组成，花型循环具有1个线圈纵行和22个线圈横列，其22路的单元结构皆为成圈；其中：第1至11路的喂纱为32英支全棉纱双纱同时喂入，第12至22路的喂纱为面纱以32英支全棉竹节纱和底纱以30英支纶棉色纱双纱同时喂入。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种竹节彩条汗布，其特征是：其花型循环可在横向、纵向无限重复延伸。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种竹节彩条汗布，其特征是：所述的竹节纱的结构为两种直径的纱线间隔设置。
