为了克服现有技术的不足，本实用新型提供了一种增强型聚酯提升带。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种增强型聚酯提升带，包括耐磨层一，内层和耐磨层二，其中内层的骨架材料采用合成纤维浸胶帆布，起增加拉伸强度作用，经线使用低收缩聚酯，纬线为尼龙，所述耐磨层一和耐磨层二为表层。
本实用新型的有益效果是，提高了提升带的性能、抗拉强度，且延伸力小，提升输送量大，在特殊环境中表面不易脱胶。

如图1是本实用新型的结构示意图，一种增强型聚酯提升带，包括耐磨层一1，内层2和耐磨层二3，其中内层2的骨架材料采用合成纤维浸胶帆布，经线使用低收缩的聚酯，纬线为尼龙。使用时，在增强型聚酯提升带与头轮接触面增加一层耐磨底布。覆盖胶是导静电的，表面抗电阴达到OSHA要求，耐火结构符合MSHA规范。
本实用新型提高了提升带的性能、抗拉强度，且延伸力小，提升输送量大，在特殊环境中表面不易脱胶。本实用新型增强型聚酯提升带适用于粮食加工行业。

1.一种增强型聚酯提升带，包括耐磨层一（1），内层（2）和耐磨层二（3），其特征是，所述内层（2）的骨架材料采用合成纤维浸胶帆布，经线使用聚酯，纬线为尼龙，所述耐磨层一（1）和耐磨层二（3）为表层。
