目前，套筒扳手被广泛的应用于螺母的拆装，但是传统的套筒扳手在一些空间狭小的场合，使用不便，给工作带来了一定的困难。

本实用新型的目的在于提供一种棘轮套筒扳手，其既具有传统棘轮套筒的功能又可以解决传统棘轮不能解决的问题，功能多，使用方便。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的，一种棘轮套筒扳手，包括具有套筒的扳手本体，扳手本体的顶部设置着两个方形孔，一个方形孔位于扳手本体套筒的轴线上，另一个方形孔与扳手本体套筒的轴线相垂直，方形孔内配合套装着一个具有方形头部的手柄，该方形头部与方形孔相匹配。
本实用新型使用时，将手柄插入与套筒轴向相垂直的方形孔内，这样可以实现较大扭矩；在拆卸预紧力较小的螺母时，可以将手柄插入套筒顶面上的方形孔内，握住起子手柄旋转即可，这样可以实现较快转速，提高拆卸效率。
