实际工作时，动模板2和定模板4配合固定，向定模板4的两侧注塑孔5内注塑注塑液，动模板2内设有可拆卸的矩形型腔6，方便拆卸清洗，动模板2的四个角上分别设有冲压柱8，定模板4的四个角上设有与冲压柱8配合冲压的冲压孔9，使动模板2和定模板4配合更加紧密，注塑效果好，所述动模底板1和动模板2之间固定设有若干承压柱10，可以减小动模底板1的压力，弥补了现有技术的不足，减少了产品的废品率，提高了经济效益，设计合理，结构紧凑，操作容易，使用方便，产品质量好，经济效益高。
