本实用新型涉及一种用于绕制线圈的装置,具体涉及一种低压引线排固定装置。
背景技术
非晶合金变压器的低压线圈上通常安装有绝缘筒结构,在绝缘筒上具有开槽,在绕制过程中将低压引线排置于槽内,可以起到固定作用。目前改进的低压线圈省略了低压绝缘筒,导致原有低压引线排在绕制过程中固定不稳,经常出现偏离现象,而增加其它的固定装置容易造成变压器结构复杂。
实用新型内容
发明目的:为了克服现有技术中存在的不足,本实用新型提供一种结构简单、固定效果好的低压引线排固定装置。
技术方案:为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型提供的低压引线排固定装置包括低压引线排和固定板,所述低压引线排的端部开有凹槽,所述固定板的一端具有与所述凹槽配合的凸榫,所述固定板的另一端制有与箔绕机配合的安装孔。
作为优选,所述凹槽的底部为弧形。
有益效果:本实用新型通过在低压引线排上增加凹槽的结构,配合安装于箔绕机上固定板的凸榫,即可实现在绕制时的可靠固定,具有结构简单、固定效果好的优点。

具体实施方式
实施例:本实施例的低压引线排固定装置如图1和图2所示,包括低压引线排1和固定板2,低压引线排1的端部开有凹槽1-1,凹槽1-1的底部为弧形;固定板2的一端具有与凹槽1-1配合的凸榫2-1,固定板2的另一端制有与箔绕机配合的安装孔2-2。
使用时,将固定板通过安装孔安装在箔绕机上,然后将低压引线排的凹槽卡在固定板的凸榫上就可以进行低压引线的绕制,在绕制过程中低压引线排不会移位,避免了总装过程中低压引线排孔与夹件孔不在同一线上问题。
