背景技术
LED玉米灯是LED灯具的一种,因为LED最大发光角度为120度,考虑到发光均匀,特设计成360度发光,其形状如同玉米棒,特称为LED玉米灯,适用于所有家居、宾馆、学校、医院、工厂、高顶棚等的室内照明。
LED以高效节能环保为人们所熟知,但LED本身还是存在一些问题,LED玉米灯也不例外。目前业界惯用的散热铝质基板,是由底部铝块与上层铜箔组,中间填导热胶所组成,这种铝质基板的散热性能不佳,从而导致LED玉米灯的使用寿命低。

本实用新型的目的是提供一种散热性能好、使用寿命长、节能环保的LED玉米灯。

一种LED玉米灯,包括有接口和灯座,其特征在于:围绕灯座的后端分别设有多个散热孔,所述的灯座上分别固定安装有多个柱状铝基板,所述的多个柱状铝基板在灯座上围成一个圆周,多个柱状铝基板的前端固定连接有前铝基板,多个柱状铝基板和前铝基板上分别安装有LED灯珠组,多个柱状铝基板和前铝基板分别外罩有灯罩;所述的灯座上在相邻二个柱状铝基板之间分别固定安装有半棱柱状的散热片。
所述的LED玉米灯,其特征在于:所述的前铝基板为梅花状结构。

参见图1、2,一种LED玉米灯,包括有接口1和灯座2,围绕灯座2的后端分别设有多个散热孔3,灯座2上分别固定安装有多个柱状铝基板4,多个柱状铝基板4在灯座2上围成一个圆周,多个柱状铝基板4的前端固定连接有前铝基板5,多个柱状铝基板4和前铝基板5上分别安装有LED灯珠组6,多个柱状铝基板4和前铝基板5分别外罩有灯罩7;灯座2上在相邻二个柱状铝基板之间分别固定安装有半棱柱状的散热片8。
本实用新型中,前铝基板5为梅花状结构。
