本实用新型涉及硼酸锌的加工制造领域，尤其涉及硼酸锌的干燥装置的改进。
背景技术
目前，在工业硼酸锌的生产加工过程中，用于硼酸锌烘干的热风干燥机中通常需设置粉碎装置，通过粉碎装置对物料进行细化处理，并在细化的同时，利用热风进行干燥。此类硼酸锌的干燥装置结构复杂，针对部分易碎的物料，在内部设置粉碎装置极易影响物料的出料速度，进而降低了硼酸锌的加工效率。

本实用新型针对以上问题，提供了一种结构简单、使用方便、成本低且工作效率高的硼酸锌的干燥装置。
本实用新型的技术方案是：所述干燥装置通过法兰盘连接在粉碎机的出料口下方，所述干燥装置包括干燥管道、热源和负压源，所述干燥管道呈劣弧形，所述干燥管道包括进口和出口，所述出口低于所述进口；
所述干燥管道的进口的内径为h，所述粉碎机的出料口的内径为H，h＜H；
所述热源连接在所述干燥管道下方，所述负压源连接在所述干燥管道的出口处。
所述干燥管道上方连接有振动器。
本实用新型将干燥装置连接在粉碎机下方，从而有效避免了在干燥装置中进行粉碎而造成出料速度低的问题。具有加工效率高、出料速度快且不易堵塞的优点。此外，由于干燥管道在长时间受热后产生热膨胀变形；h＜H，可确保粉碎机的出料口始终与所述干燥管道的进口对接，避免二者之间脱落导致物料外泄。

所述干燥管道11的进口112的内径为h，所述粉碎机2的出料口的内径为H，h＜H；由于干燥管道11在长时间受热后产生热膨胀变形；h＜H，可确保粉碎机2的出料口始终与所述干燥管道11的进口对接，避免二者之间脱落导致物料外泄；
所述热源12连接在所述干燥管道11下方，所述负压源连接在所述干燥管道11的出口处。
所述干燥管道11上方连接有振动器13。

所述干燥管道的进口的内径为h，所述粉碎机的出料口的内径为H，h＜H；
所述热源连接在所述干燥管道下方，所述负压源连接在所述干燥管道的出口处。
