大型医院的药剂科都设有许多个制剂室，用来完成院内临床药剂的调配工作，其中有很多时候会涉及到片剂药品的分装。以往在进行这项操作时，大都使用筛形的数片器，采用这种方式数药操作速度比较慢，不难以满足业务需要。
发明内容
本实用新型的发明目的在于提供一种药品调剂室片剂分装器，采用该片剂分装器能够显著提高片剂的分装效率。
本实用新型的技术方案是：该片剂分装器包括一个长方形的布料槽，布料槽左、前、后三侧设有挡板，右侧敞开，在布料槽内设有长方形的刮板。在布料槽的下部装有片剂排列模板，片剂排列模板的右侧下方设有剩余片剂回收盒。布料槽的底部与片剂分装漏斗连接，在筛形片剂排列模板与片剂分装漏斗之间设有活动插板。
该片剂分装器的使用方法是先选择与分装片剂数量相匹配的片剂排列模板，将其安装在布料槽内底部。将分装瓶的瓶口套在片剂分装漏斗下开口处，取适量片剂倒入布料槽中，用刮板刮平，将片剂挤压至模板上的圆柱孔中，检查没有遗填的圆柱孔后，将活动插板打开，规定量的片剂就会进入分装瓶中。
本实用新型的有益效果是该片剂分装器结构简单，方便实用，能够很轻松地的完成片剂药品的快速分装。
