本实用新型涉及一种防护用品，特别公开了一种防护垫。它包括中间的聚烯烃泡沫材料层和聚烯烃泡沫材料层的两面依次对称设置的PVC透明耐磨层和UV防污环保层，其特征是：所述聚烯烃泡沫材料层由发泡倍率呈梯度结构分布的多层聚烯烃泡沫材料组成。所述聚烯烃泡沫材料层最好由发泡倍率呈梯度结构分布的多层聚乙烯泡沫材料组成，并且最好是三层，分别是15倍率聚乙烯泡沫材料、25倍率聚乙烯泡沫材料、35倍率聚乙烯泡沫材料。本实用新型作为瑜伽垫、摔跤垫等使用时可避免卷曲、翘边；作为护具、头盔使用时可兼具抵御外力与缓冲外力两种作用，避免使用者受到伤害。

（一） 技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种防护用品，特别涉及一种防护垫。
（二） 背景技术
聚烯烃类发泡塑料具有良好的物理、化学和力学性能，其韧性、挠曲性和缓冲性能良好，并且具有电绝缘、隔热等性质，广泛应用于包装、化工、建筑等领域。早在1941年，美国杜邦公司就利用氮气法成功制备了LDPE泡沫塑料。
随着人们生活水平的提高，人们的业余生活也越来越丰富，练习瑜伽、跆拳道等的人越来越多。在练习瑜伽、跆拳道和各种体育运动过程中要用到瑜伽垫、跆拳道护具、摔跤垫、体操垫等各种垫子，这些垫子由特殊的材料制成，不同于一般的垫子或者地毯，应该具有良好的柔软性、回弹性。对于瑜伽垫等运动垫类而言，上表面既要保持缓冲柔软的性能，底面又具有一定的硬度，防止其卷曲、翘边；应用于护具就要使其外层具有一定硬度起到抵御外力，防止脊椎、脚踝等身体部位受外力伤害，内层与人体接触起到良好的缓冲外力的作用，因此此类垫子成为休闲运动、体育竞技不可或缺的辅助品。
目前聚烯烃类泡沫材料应用到瑜伽垫、摔跤垫、护具等各类垫子中，都是简单的同一倍率产品外面复合上一层高分子膜，作为瑜伽垫、摔跤垫等使用时容易卷曲、翘边；作为护具、头盔使用时不能兼具抵御外力与缓冲外力两种作用。
（三） 发明内容
本实用新型为了弥补现有技术的缺陷，提供了一种不卷曲、不翘边，同时兼具抵御和缓冲外力两种作用的防护垫。
本实用新型是通过如下技术方案实现的：
一种防护垫，包括中间的聚烯烃泡沫材料层和聚烯烃泡沫材料层的两面依次对称设置的PVC透明耐磨层和UV防污环保层，其特征是：所述聚烯烃泡沫材料层由发泡倍率呈梯度结构分布的多层聚烯烃泡沫材料组成。
进一步地方案是，所述聚烯烃泡沫材料层由发泡倍率呈梯度结构分布的多层聚乙烯泡沫材料组成。
再进一步的方案是，所述聚烯烃泡沫材料层由三层聚乙烯泡沫材料复合而成，按其发泡倍率从低到高排列依次是15倍率聚乙烯泡沫材料、25倍率聚乙烯泡沫材料、35倍率聚乙烯泡沫材料。
本实用新型的有益效果是：
当外力作用于高倍率一侧时，高倍率聚乙烯泡沫材料可以起到良好的缓冲作用，将冲击力回弹给人体的回弹力减弱吸收，从而保护人体脚踝，手腕等部位免受伤害，伴随着倍率的梯度变化，低倍率聚乙烯泡沫材料由于具有一定的硬度，可以有效的避免单纯高倍率聚乙烯泡沫材料过于柔软发生翘边卷曲的问题。
当外力作用于低倍率一侧时，由于低倍率聚乙烯泡沫材料具有一定的硬度可以有效的抵抗外力的击打，同时伴随倍率的梯度变化，内层高倍率的聚乙烯泡沫材料将剩余的外力缓冲吸收，从而传达到人体的外力将降到最低，保护人体免受外力伤害。

附图为本实用新型的具体实施例。该种防护垫，包括中间的聚烯烃泡沫材料层和聚烯烃泡沫材料层的两面依次对称设置的PVC透明耐磨层2和UV防污环保层1，其中聚烯烃泡沫材料层由发泡倍率呈梯度结构分布的多层聚烯烃泡沫材料组成，最好是聚乙烯泡沫材料，并且最好是三层，按其发泡倍率从低到高排列依次是15倍率聚乙烯泡沫材料3、25倍率聚乙烯泡沫材料4、35倍率聚乙烯泡沫材料5。
当该实用新型作为体操垫、瑜伽垫、摔跤垫等使用时，35倍率聚乙烯泡沫材料5在上面，15倍率聚乙烯泡沫材料3在下面，当外力作用于体操垫、瑜伽垫、摔跤垫等垫子的上表面层时,由于35倍率聚乙烯泡沫材料5较软，因此可以起到良好的缓冲作用，将冲击力回弹给人体的回弹力减弱吸收，从而保护人体脚踝，手腕等部位免受伤害，伴随着倍率的梯度变化，下表面的15倍率聚乙烯泡沫材料3由于具有一定的硬度，可以有效的避免单纯35倍率聚乙烯泡沫材料5过于柔软发生翘边卷曲的问题。
当该实用新型作为跆拳道、头盔、赛车等人身护具使用时，35倍率聚乙烯泡沫材料5靠近人体，15倍率聚乙烯泡沫材料3在外侧，当外力作用这些护具上时，由于15倍率聚乙烯泡沫材料3具有一定的硬度，因此可以有效抵抗外力的击打，同时伴随倍率的梯度变化，内层的35倍率聚烯烃泡沫材料将剩余的外力缓冲吸收，从而传达到人体的外力将降到最低，可有效保护人体免受外力伤害。
除说明书所述技术特征外，其余技术特征均为本领域技术人员已知技术。

1.一种防护垫，包括中间的聚烯烃泡沫材料层和聚烯烃泡沫材料层的两面依次对称设置的PVC透明耐磨层（2）和UV防污环保层（1），其特征是：所述聚烯烃泡沫材料层由发泡倍率呈梯度结构分布的多层聚烯烃泡沫材料组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防护垫，其特征是，所述聚烯烃泡沫材料层由发泡倍率呈梯度结构分布的多层聚乙烯泡沫材料组成。
3.根据权利要求2所述的防护垫，其特征是，所述聚烯烃泡沫材料层由三层聚乙烯泡沫材料复合而成，按其发泡倍率从低到高排列依次是15倍率聚乙烯泡沫材料（3）、25倍率聚乙烯泡沫材料（4）、35倍率聚乙烯泡沫材料（5）。
