Abstract
本实用新型有关于一种月事杯结构，该月事杯包括一层月事杯本体及至少一层灭菌除臭层，至少在该月事杯本体的其一表面设置该灭菌除臭层，该灭菌除臭层是由纳米锌、纳米硅、纳米钛、纳米铂或纳米铬所形成的覆层；据此，能令月事杯具有灭菌、除臭的效果。

技术领域
本实用新型有关于一种月事杯结构，尤其是指一种具有灭菌、除臭效果的月事杯。
背景技术
女性每月生理期总是要用到许多卫生棉，并且随着经血量的多寡，业者更开发出多种卫生棉，例如：日用型、夜用型、量多型、量少型卫生棉及卫生护垫、加长型卫生护垫与卫生棉条，甚至还有为了因应睡觉时后漏的问题所推出的加长版、特长版卫生棉。但无论是卫生棉或卫生是棉条，都同属于用过即丢的耗费资源、制造垃圾的一次性产品；而且根据统计，女性终其一生约40年的生理期共约用掉一万片卫生棉或卫生棉条，这些用后即丢的合成棉品每个月累积起来，其实制造不少垃圾，而且所费不赀！
尤其若是使用卫生棉，使用者便不适合进行某些活动或运动(例如：游泳)，反观卫生棉条则较不受限制，但是卫生棉条的吸收力虽然好，却也可能造成阴道环境过于干燥、黏膜受伤，且有金黄色葡萄球菌的感染造成中毒性休克症候群(TSS)的顾虑，使用上仍有缺陷。
市面上另有一种可收集经血的月事杯，该月事杯的形状像是一个小酒杯，底部有一小段把柄，柔软有弹性，可折迭后置入阴道盛装经血，月事杯有不同容量，置放四到八小时后，取出冲洗干净，可重复使用，保养得当可用五到十年。月事杯虽然在国外已问世五十年，在中国台湾因卫生署仍将月事杯列为“第二级医疗器材”管理，故迄今没有厂商在台生产、贩卖。惟因月事杯可更清楚掌握自己每月的月经量，且月事杯是以盛装、非吸收的方式收集经血，比起棉条较不会对阴道黏膜造成损伤或过干的情形，加上月事杯没有卫生棉因漂白剂、除味剂所引发的过敏，同时经血不与空气接触，而少了异味等问题，以及清洗后可重复使用，具有环保与省钱的特色；因此，用医疗硅胶或天然橡胶制成的“月事杯”，成为不少妇女生理期的新选择。
虽然月事杯具有上述的优点，但对女性消费大众而言在使用上仍存在诸多质疑，例如：月事杯仅以清水洗净，却又多次重复使用，而且又须置入阴道内，是否会有感染的卫生问题，因此接受度仍然有限。
现在，本发明人鉴于此情形，于是本着求好的精神与理念，以及制造的实务经验，而研创出本实用新型，以解决现有的月事杯在重复使用时是否会有感染的问题的缺失。
实用新型内容
为了解决上述问题，本实用新型的主要目的，是提供一种具备灭菌、除臭效果的月事杯结构，能透过月事杯具备有灭菌、除臭的效果，提升月事杯使用上的安全卫生标准。
上述本实用新型的主要目的与功效，是由以下的具体技术手段所达成：
本实用新型提出一种月事杯结构，其中，所述月事杯结构包括：一月事杯本体；以及一灭菌除臭层，所述灭菌除臭层设在所述月事杯本体的表面，所述灭菌除臭层是一层由纳米锌、纳米硅、纳米钛、纳米铂或纳米铬所形成的覆层。
如上所述的月事杯结构，其中，所述表面是指所述月事杯本体的外表面。
如上所述的月事杯结构，其中，所述月事杯本体为橡胶月事杯本体或硅胶月事杯本体。
如上所述的月事杯结构，其中，所述表面是指所述月事杯本体的内表面。
如上所述的月事杯结构，其中，所述表面是指所述月事杯本体的内表面和外表面。
如上所述的月事杯结构，其中，所述月事杯本体为橡胶月事杯本体或硅胶月事杯本体。
如上述本实用新型月事杯结构的较佳实施例，其中，该表面是指月事杯本体的外表面或内表面。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型具有如下的有益效果：
一种月事杯结构，包括一月事杯本体，在月事杯本体的至少一表面，设置至少一层灭菌除臭层，所述灭菌除臭层是由纳米锌、纳米硅、纳米钛、纳米铂、纳米铬所形成的覆层，透过该内含纳米锌或纳米硅或其混合所形成的灭菌除臭层的设置，使该月事杯具有灭菌及除臭效果。
本实用新型的月事杯结构因透过在月事杯本体的表面上覆设有一层由纳米锌或纳米硅所形成的灭菌除臭层，而使得该月事杯本体因该灭菌除臭层内所含的纳米锌或纳米硅的设置，使月事杯具有灭菌、除臭的效果，进而达到提升月事杯使用上的安全卫生标准的效果。

本实用新型的月事杯结构，其主要包括有一月事杯本体1，该月事杯本体1成杯子形状而具有一容室11，在其底部一体延伸有一短柄12，该月事杯本体1在至少一表面A上，尤其是指该月事杯本体1的外表面A1或该月事杯本体1的内表面A2或该月事杯本体1的外表面A1与内表面A2，设置结合至少一层的灭菌除臭层2；且该灭菌除臭层2是由纳米锌、纳米硅、纳米钛、纳米铂或纳米铬所形成的覆层；其中，该月事杯本体1的材质采用橡胶或硅胶。
请参看图2，为本实用新型的灭菌除臭层覆设在月事杯本体外表面的立体外观示意图；在月事杯本体1的外表面A1设置结合至少一层的灭菌除臭层2的实施例；透过在月事杯本体1外表面A1覆设有该灭菌除臭层2，使该月事杯的外表面A1具备灭菌除臭效果。
请参看图3，为本实用新型的灭菌除臭层覆设在月事杯本体内表面的立体外观示意图；月事杯本体1的内表面A2设置结合至少一层的灭菌除臭层2的实施例；透过在月事杯本体1内表面A2覆设有该灭菌除臭层2，使该月事杯的内表面A2具备灭菌除臭效果。
请参看图4，为本实用新型的灭菌除臭层覆设在月事杯本体内表面和外表面的立体外观示意图；月事杯本体1的外表面A1及内表面A2均设置结合至少一层的灭菌除臭层2的实施例；透过在月事杯本体1外表面A1及内表面A2分别覆设有该灭菌除臭层2，使该月事杯的整个内表面A2、外表面A1均具备灭菌除臭效果。
本实用新型的月事杯的结构，因透过在月事杯本体1的表面上覆设一层由纳米锌、纳米硅、纳米钛、纳米铂或纳米铬所形成的灭菌除臭层2，使该月事杯因该灭菌除臭层2内含纳米锌、纳米硅、纳米钛、纳米铂或纳米铬的设置，使月事杯具有灭菌、除臭的效果，进而达到提升月事杯使用上的安全卫生标准的效果。
以上所举者仅为本实用新型的部份实施例，并非用以限制本实用新型，依本实用新型的创意精神及特征，稍加变化修饰而成的，应包括在本专利范围之内。
综上所述，本实用新型的实施例确能达到所预期的使用功效，又其所公开的具体构造，不仅未曾见诸于同类产品中，也未曾公开于申请前，现依法提出实用新型专利的申请，恳请惠予审查。

1.一种月事杯结构，其特征在于，所述月事杯结构包括：
一月事杯本体；以及
一灭菌除臭层，所述灭菌除臭层设在所述月事杯本体的表面，所述灭菌除臭层是一层由纳米锌、纳米硅、纳米钛、纳米铂或纳米铬所形成的覆层。
2.如权利要求1所述的月事杯结构，其特征在于，所述表面是指所述月事杯本体的外表面。
3.如权利要求2所述的月事杯结构，其特征在于，所述月事杯本体为橡胶月事杯本体或硅胶月事杯本体。
4.如权利要求1所述的月事杯结构，其特征在于，所述表面是指所述月事杯本体的内表面。
5.如权利要求4所述的月事杯结构，其特征在于，所述月事杯本体为橡胶月事杯本体或硅胶月事杯本体。
