一种保温节能炖锅，包括炖锅本体1和锅盖2，所述的炖锅本体1和锅盖2外设置有保温外套3和保温外盖4，炖锅本体1底部通过连接杆5焊接有聚热盘6，可以将炖锅本体1装满食物，盖上锅盖2，连同聚热盘6一起在火上进行烹饪加热，加热的同时，聚热盘6可以收集热量，食物烹饪好后，将其整体移至保温外套3内，盖上保温外盖4，达到保温的目的，聚热盘6同时可以散发热量，保温时间长；所述的保温外套3与保温外盖4之间设置有隔热密封圈，密封性能好，减少了热量的流失；所述聚热盘6的直径小于炖锅本体1底面的直径，便于炖锅本体1在保温外套3内的放进或移出，使用更加方便，生产成本低，从而实现本实用新型的目的。
