一种汽车车门立柱外板，包括有左、右侧板，其特征在于：所述左、右两侧板分别弯折在内部形成空腔，所述左、右侧板的一端通过U形连接板连接为一体，所述左、右两侧板的另一端分别具有凹槽，所述凹槽内卡接有缓冲橡胶垫。
所述左、右两侧板的外壁上设有螺栓固定孔。
