本实用新型涉及一种粒状塑胶工业机械设备，具体涉及一种塑胶成型装置。
背景技术
塑胶成型装置是一种用以快速成型的塑胶工业设备。
由于粒状塑胶主要是通过挤出切削成型的方式，对于熔体粘度低的配方在操作过程中易产生粘连、拉丝或无法成型粒状，或成型后产品颗粒不均匀、不美观。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在是克服现有技术的不足，提供一种颗粒状塑胶成型好、不易粘连、拉丝、结构简单、操作方便、价格低廉的塑胶成型设备。
本实用新型提供一种粒状塑胶成型装置，包括底座(8)、底座上设置有切削机(1)，其特征在于，所述的切削机(1)内部设置有浮动刀头(7)，所述的浮动刀头在切削过程中紧贴隔板(4)，所述的隔板(4)板面上设置有若干小孔，隔板(4)设置在输料管(5)中，所述的输料管(5)外部设置有温控装置(6)，所述的输料管(5)在隔板(4)前段一侧开设有进水口(2)，上端开设有水及颗粒塑胶出口(3)，所述的切削机(1)内部设置有浮动刀头(7)，浮动刀头为 三把。
本实用新型的有益效果是：(1)采用浮动刀头可以紧贴出料隔板，并且通过温控装置控制胶温确保切削出的颗粒状塑胶成型；(2)切削过程中在添加水性抗粘剂的水中进行，避免切削时粘连、拉丝或成型不美观；(3)设备投资小，成本低。

参考图1、图2和图3所示，一种粒状塑胶成型装置，包括底座(8)、底座上设置有切削机(1)，所述的切削机内部设置有浮动刀头(7)，所述的浮动刀头在切削过程中紧贴隔板(4)，所述的隔板(4)板面上设置有若干小孔，隔板(4)设置在输料管(5)中，所述的输料管(5)外部设置有温控装置(6)。所述的输料管(5)在隔板(4)前段一侧开设有进水口(2)，上端开设有水及颗粒塑胶出口(3)，所述的切削机(1)内部设置有浮动刀头(7)，浮动刀头为三把。
所述的输料管(5)一端在管内设置有隔板(4)，所述的隔板(4)板面有若干小孔，当原料通过输料管(5)后遇到隔板(4)阻拦，从隔板小孔中挤出原料，浮动刀头(7)高速切削并且紧贴隔板(4)进行原料切削。输料管(5)在隔板(4)前段一侧开设有进水口(2)， 切削进行时会注入加有水性抗粘剂的水以避免切削时粘连、拉丝或成型不美观，并且注入水时水压会把原本内部的水和切削后的粒状塑胶从输料管(5)上端开设的出口(3)输出。

1.一种粒状塑胶成型装置，包括底座(8)、底座上设置有切削机(1)，其特征在于，所述的切削机(1)内部设置有浮动刀头(7)，所述的浮动刀头在切削过程中紧贴隔板(4)，所述的隔板(4)板面上设置有若干小孔，隔板(4)设置在输料管(5)中，所述的输料管(5)外部设置有温控装置(6)，所述的输料管(5)在隔板(4)前段一侧开设有进水口(2)，上端开设有水及颗粒塑胶出口(3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种粒状塑胶成型装置，其特征在于，所述的切削机(1)内部设置有浮动刀头(7)，浮动刀头为三把。
