带侧向注液排气管的锂电池铝塑膜软包，该软包呈方形，底边为对折边，三个侧边热压密封，在软包内电池的正极片和负极片间隔排布，两个极耳密封安装在软包的顶边上，一端伸出软包外，另一端伸入软包内分别与正极片和负极片连接，在软包的另一个侧面上密封安装有注液排气管，注液排气管一端在软包外，另一端伸入软包内极片的边缘。采用上述技术方案，锂电池铝塑膜软包的三个侧边热压密封操控认准简便，对位准确，质量提高，注液排气管的密封与剪除不会影响到极耳，注液排气工作时不受极耳阻拦，不会影响极耳的密封。

技术领域
本实用新型属于锂电池制造技术领域，涉及一种带侧向注液排气管的锂电池铝塑膜软包。
背景技术
锂电池的极片安装在铝塑膜软包内，锂电池在化成前要对软包内的液体和气体进行抽空，现有技术中，采用在软包的边口安装一根注液排气管进行注液和排气，该注液排气管安装在软包上两个电池的极耳之间，这种安装方式导致注液排气结束后注液排气管从软包上剪除困难，剪除过程中容易造成极耳的密封边损坏，影响电池的质量，另外注液排气管安装在两个极耳之间，在进行注液和排气工作时受极耳的影响，操作不顺畅，注液排气的工具容易损坏极耳的密封。
发明内容
本实用新型针对现有技术中，锂电池铝塑膜软包的注液排气管安装在软包上两个电池的极耳之间，导致注液排气结束后注液排气管从软包上剪除困难，剪除过程中容易造成极耳的密封边损坏，并且在注液排气工作中容易损伤极耳，影响电池质量的问题，提供一种带侧向注液排气管的锂电池铝塑膜软包，该软包呈方形，底边为对折边，三个侧边热压密封，在软包内电池的正极片和负极片间隔排布，两个极耳密封安装在软包的顶边上，一端伸出软包外，另一端伸入软包内分别与正极片和负极片连接，在软包的另一个侧面上密封安装有注液排气管，注液排气管一端在软包外，另一端伸入软包内极片的边缘。
采用上述技术方案，锂电池铝塑膜软包的三个侧边热压密封操控认准简便，对位准确，质量提高，注液排气管的密封与剪除不会影响到极耳，注液排气工作时不受极耳阻拦，不会影响极耳的密封。

实施例：如图1所示，带侧向注液排气管的锂电池铝塑膜软包，该软包4呈方形，底边为对折边，三个侧边热压密封，在软包内电池的正极片和负极片间隔排布，正极耳1和负极耳3密封安装在软包4的顶边2上，一端伸出软包4外，另一端伸入软包4内分别与正极片和负极片连接，在软包4的另一个侧面5上密封安装有注液排气管6，注液排气管6一端在软包4外，另一端伸入软包4内极片的边缘。

1.带侧向注液排气管的锂电池铝塑膜软包，该软包（4）呈方形，底边为对折边，三个侧边热压密封，在软包内电池的正极片和负极片间隔排布，正极耳（1）和负极耳（3）密封安装在软包（4）的顶边（2）上，一端伸出软包（4）外，另一端伸入软包（4）内分别与正极片和负极片连接，其特征在于：在软包（4）的另一个侧面（5）上密封安装有注液排气管（6），注液排气管（6）一端在软包（4）外，另一端伸入软包（4）内极片的边缘。
