本实用新型涉及一种托辊轴承座密封组件，目前，国内的托辊厂生产的托辊损坏的原因主要是密封性能差，轴承被淋水或粉尘污染，本实用新型优化了迷宫式密封的结构，在迷宫式密封件之间加装了带有油唇的组合油封，阻断了外界粉尘与水份进入密封件内部，降低了粉尘与水份对轴承的污染，延长了轴承的使用寿命。

本实用新型涉及一种用于托辊轴承座轴承保护的密封组件。 
背景技术
目前，国内的托辊厂生产的托辊损坏的原因主要是密封性能差，轴承被淋水或粉尘污染；为了尽量减小托辊的旋转阻力，基本上都是采用迷宫式密封结构；迷宫式密封的间隙大时，密封的效果不好。因此，尽可能将迷宫式密封的间隙设计的很小、相互嵌入的深、层数（或道数）多，或者是圆弧形等，以期达到理想的密封效果，岂不知，这是很大的一个误区。迷宫式密封的间隙小，只能有所减缓淋水和粉尘的污染速度，远不能达到理想的效果；并且，迷宫式密封腔内填充的润滑脂，又大幅度增加了托辊的旋转阻力；粉尘与水进入密封件内部时，直接造成了对轴承的污染，污染后的轴承旋转就会不顺畅，由此会造成轴承损坏。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型优化了迷宫式内、外密封的结构；在迷宫式内、外密封件之间加装了带有双油唇的组合油封，该油封在外圆以及内孔的密封面上增加了两个油唇，该油封内孔油唇与迷宫式内密封接触，外圆油唇与迷宫型外密封接触，内外油唇分别对粉尘进行了两次阻隔；阻断了外界粉尘与水份进入密封件内部，降低了粉尘与水份对轴承的污染；延长了轴承的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
当外部粉尘受到外力时，通过芯轴6与罩盖5中间的间隙会向密封组件内部游离，当粉尘突破迷宫型外密封4时，再向内部进入时需要突破安装于迷宫型外油封上的组合油封9的外圆上的油唇，该油唇由于设计的方向原因在受到外力时会在圆周上向外扩张，即便是油唇有所磨损，也不影响该油唇的密封性，最大限度的阻止了粉尘的进入；另外在组合油封的内圆上还有个密封油唇可以进行再次防护，内部还有一个迷宫型内密封2；如此，等于在原有的迷宫型内、外密封的基础上增加了两个密封层，从而提高了密封组件对于轴承3的防护的有效性，延长了轴承3在轴承座里的使用寿命。

1.托辊轴承座密封组件，其特征在于优化了迷宫型内、外密封的结构；在迷宫式内、外密封件之间加装了带有双油唇的组合油封，该油封在外圆以及内孔的密封面上增加了两个油唇，该油封内孔油唇与迷宫式内密封接触，外圆油唇与迷宫型外密封接触，内外油唇分别对粉尘进行了两次阻隔。
