背景技术
当前爪型干式真空泵中高压端轴承大都放置在轴承板上，使用轴承板的缺点是齿轮箱内甩起的油无法润滑轴承，需要用供油泵来供油，加大了泵的操作难度和成本，使设备变的更复杂。因此，爪型干式真空泵高压端轴承润滑问题成为本领域技术人员需要解决的一个问题。 
发明内容
本实用新型的技术目的是设计一种轴承室适合爪型干式真空泵高压端轴承放置在里面，既能使轴承得到良好润滑又能起到定位作用，解决目前复杂的操作。 
为实现以上技术目的，本实用新型一种爪型干式真空泵用轴承室的技术方案是：由轴承室、第一轴承、第二轴承、子口、定位螺丝、进油槽、齿轮箱、甩油盘、排气板、主动轴、副动轴、轴承座组成；轴承室由第一轴承、第二轴承、轴承座组成，轴承室上部带有子口，通过子口定位螺丝装配在排气板上，主动轴和副动轴对称一边各装配一个，两个轴承室都在齿轮箱内。一个轴承室内放第一轴承、第二轴承两盘轴承，第一轴承、第二轴承上下并排装配在一起。轴承室外圈设计有进油槽，齿轮箱内甩油盘甩起的油通过进油槽进入到轴承室，使轴承得到良好润滑。 
有益效果：本实用新型一种爪型干式真空泵用轴承室有如下优点：改变了爪型干式真空泵中高压端轴承大都放置在轴承板上弊端，使齿轮箱内甩起的油润滑轴承，降低了泵的操作难度和成本，使设备变的更简便。保证了轴承和密封浸泡在真空油里得到良好润滑，既能使轴承得到良好润滑又能起到定位作用，增加了泵的使用寿命。具有良好的市场前景。

1.一种爪型干式真空泵用轴承室，其特征在于由轴承室（1）、第一轴承（2）、第二轴承（3）、子口（4）、定位螺丝（5）、进油槽（6）、齿轮箱（7）、甩油盘（8）、排气板（9）、主动轴（10）、副动轴（11）、轴承座12组成；轴承室（1）由第一轴承（2）、第二轴承（3）、轴承座12组成，轴承室（1）上部带有子口（4），通过子口（4）定位螺丝（5）装配在排气板（9）上，主动轴（10）和副动轴（11）对称一边各装配一个，两个轴承室都在齿轮箱（7）内；一个轴承室内放第一轴承（2）、第二轴承（3）两盘轴承，第一轴承（2）、第二轴承（3）上下并排装配在一起；轴承室（1）外圈设计有进油槽（6）。
