本实用新型涉及一种门板，特别涉及一种实木复合门板。
背景技术
近年来，人们对门板的功能及本身性能要求越来越严格，尤其是对防水性、阻燃性、防变形及保温隔音上的要求越来越高。现有的门板有纯实木门，这种门的生产会消耗大量优质木材，同时容易因环境温湿度的影响而产生变形；还有是用细木工板复合制成的木门，但由于细木工板或密度板含有大量甲醛，因此极易对室内造成污染。
实用新型内容
为克服现有技术存在的问题，本实用新型提供一种阻燃、隔音、耐潮等多种功能且强度高的实木复合门板。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型采用的技术方案是：一种实木复合门板，所述实木复合门板由外层（1）、中层和里层（4）构成，所述外层（1）为硬木板制成，所述中层包括两层，中层靠近外层部分由聚苯泡沫板组成，中层靠近里层部分由密度板制成，里层（4）为欧松板，所述中层的两侧设置有加强板（5）。
所述加强板（5）由硬木指接材制成。
本实用新型的有益积极效果是：采用此种结构的门板既保持了优质硬木密度大、结实的优点，又有保温隔音、阻燃防水等特点；同时制成的门板不起层、不开裂、不变形、装饰性好，使用寿命相比普通的复合门也延长了一二十年。

下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步的说明。
如图1所示，本实用新型一种实木复合门板，所述实木复合门板由外层1、中层和里层4构成，所述外层1为硬木板制成，所述中层包括两层，中层靠近外层部分由聚苯泡沫板2组成，中层靠近里层部分由密度板3制成，里层4为欧松板，所述中层的两侧设置有加强板5。所述加强板5由硬木指接材制成，硬木指接材由细短优质硬木经过烘干、脱脂、接指、蒸煮、刨削、热压、复合等工艺处理加工而成，密度大，比重重，结实美观。门板上还有一些凹槽，可以与其他的板材配合使用。

1.一种实木复合门板，其特征在于，所述实木复合门板由外层（1）、中层和里层（4）构成，所述外层（1）为硬木板制成，所述中层包括两层，中层靠近外层部分由聚苯泡沫板组成，中层靠近里层部分由密度板制成，里层（4）为欧松板，所述中层的两侧设置有加强板（5）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的实木复合门板，其特征在于，所述加强板（5）由硬木指接材制成。
