本实用新型涉及一种复合板材,具体地说是一种保温板。
背景技术
    目前,普通建筑物墙壁如果不采用任何外墙保温材料,将会导致能量损耗严重,尤其是在夏天和冬天,使用空调的时候更为明显。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就是针对上述现有技术的不足,而开发的一种结构牢固、安装方便、阻燃效果好的聚氨酯硬泡建筑节能结构。
本实用新型采用的技术方案如下:
一种聚氨酯硬泡建筑节能结构,其特征是它包括有基层墙体,所述基层墙体的外侧面设有防潮隔汽层,防潮隔汽层的外侧面设有聚氨酯碍泡保温层,聚氨酯碍泡保温层的外侧面设有界面剂层,界面剂层的外侧面设有抹面胶浆层,抹面胶浆层的外侧面设有饰面层。
所述抹面胶浆层内设有玻纤网布。
本实用新型的有益效果有:
结构简单牢固,安装方便,更为阻燃防火,保温性能更佳,保温效果提升了65%,同时美观大方,可以广泛用于外墙装饰工程。

如图1所示,本实用新型它包括有基层墙体1,所述基层墙体1的外侧面设有防潮隔汽层2,防潮隔汽层2的外侧面设有聚氨酯碍泡保温层3,聚氨酯硬泡具有优异的保温隔热和建筑适用性。聚氨酯碍泡保温层3的外侧面设有界面剂层4,界面剂层4的外侧面设有抹面胶浆层5,抹面胶浆层5的外侧面设有饰面层7。饰面层7起到美观装饰的作用,可以采用如文化石等饰面板。所述抹面胶浆层5内还可以设有玻纤网布6,玻纤网布具有优良的阻燃效果。
