背景技术
在胆道外科手术中，双侧肝管开口狭窄经扩张、肝管整形或肝管损伤后，原有使用T管已经不能兼顾双侧肝管的支撑，如果不支撑又容易狭窄，影响患者的病情恢复。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是：针对现有技术存在的不足，提供一种双侧肝管支撑效果好的改良型T管。
为实现本实用新型之目的，采用以下技术方案予以实现：
改良型T管，包括相互连通成一体的横管和竖管，横管和竖管的管内直径大小相同，所述的横管的一侧管臂上设有引流管，引流管的管外直径小于横管和竖管的管内直径。
作为优选，所述的引流管的管内直径为0.15～0.2cm。
作为优选，所述的引流管为柔软材质。
作为优选，引流管的下端连接有延长管，延长管贯穿过所述的横管插入所述竖管内。
与现有技术相比较，本实用新型的有益效果是：增加引流管保证了双侧肝管的支撑和引流，有利于病人的恢复。

改良型T管，包括相互连通成一体的横管1和竖管2，横管1和竖管2的管内直径大小相同，所述的横管1的一侧管臂上设有引流管3，引流管3的管外直径小于横管1和竖管2的管内直径。所述的引流管3的管内直径为0.15～0.2cm。所述的引流管3为柔软材质。引流管3的下端连接有延长管4，延长管4贯穿过所述的横管1插入所述竖管2内。
在手术时，把竖管2置于胆总管，横管1的一侧管置于左肝管或者右肝管，而把引流管3置于另一侧的肝管内，这样就可以可靠支撑两侧肝管。延长管4保证了引流通畅。

1.改良型T管，包括相互连通成一体的横管和竖管，横管和竖管的管内直径大小相同，其特征在于，所述的横管的一侧管臂上设有引流管，引流管的管外直径小于横管和竖管的管内直径。
2.根据权利要求1所述的改良型T管，其特征在于，所述的引流管的管内直径为0.15～0.2cm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的改良型T管，其特征在于，所述的引流管为柔软材质。
4.根据权利要求1所述的改良型T管，其特征在于，引流管的下端连接有延长管，延长管贯穿过所述的横管插入所述竖管内。
