在本实用新型中，左剪2为平直，右剪4为半圆形，上端带有尖头。
在使用时，将食指伸进食指槽1内，大拇指伸进大拇指槽3内，将左剪2伸进患者皮肤与石膏板中间，用力将食指槽1和大拇指槽3合拢，由于右剪4上端带有尖头，可将石膏板剪断，右剪4外形为半圆形，可越过一些不平的地方或凸起的部位。
