在通讯系统中,需要一种涂胶编织的电缆,这种类型的电缆用于AC/DC 配置电路,电缆管道,通讯中央办公室里的线夹和沟渠,配电站,手机发射塔和其他移动设备中。
这些环境通常是干燥的,但是电缆也可能被安装在部分遮盖或防护的走廊、槽隙、可能出现水或者高湿环境的地下室。因此需要保证电缆的防水防潮性能,以保证信号稳定的传输。

为了弥补现有技术问题,本实用新型的目的是提供一种配电站用单芯电缆,结构简单合理,极大的提高了电缆的防水防潮性能。

配电站用单芯电缆,包括导体,其特征在于:所述的导体采用合金丝以磷化钢丝为中心绞合成束构成,导体外依次包覆有半导电层、环氧树脂层、铝箔缠绕层、芳纶丝编织层、涂胶层,涂胶层通过喷涂方式与芳纶丝编织层成一体,涂胶层整体厚度0.4 ~ 0.8mm。
所述的配电站用单芯电缆,其特征在于:所述的环氧树脂层采用静电喷涂于半导电层外侧构成,厚度大于 380μm。

1.一种配电站用单芯电缆,包括导体,其特征在于:所述的导体采用合金丝以磷化钢丝为中心绞合成束构成,导体外依次包覆有半导电层、环氧树脂层、铝箔缠绕层、芳纶丝编织层、涂胶层,涂胶层通过喷涂方式与芳纶丝编织层成一体,涂胶层整体厚度0.4 ~ 0.8mm。
