背景技术
目前市场上的传统套筒扳手,为封闭式的内六角套筒,其缺点是在旋紧螺母或螺栓时不容易对位、不能完成抓取螺母或螺栓的动作,在拧紧的过程中费时、费力,使用不方便。
发明内容
为了克服现有传统套筒扳手不能完成抓取螺母或螺栓动作的不足,本实用新型提供了一种六爪锁紧套筒扳手,与现有技术相比,解决了现有套筒扳手不能抓取螺母或螺栓的缺点,实现了先完成抓取螺母或螺栓的动作、后旋紧螺母或螺栓的动作,结构简洁,操作简单,使用快捷。
本实用新型是通过如下技术方案实现的:六爪锁紧套筒扳手,包括套筒管体1和弧形抓手2,其特征是:所述的套筒管体1一端设置弧形抓手2。

参照图1、2和3,一种六爪锁紧套筒扳手,包括套筒管体1和弧形抓手2,所述的套筒管体1一端设置弧形抓手2,所述的弧形抓手2为六个间距相等的、与螺母或螺栓相配合的弧形卡爪。
本实用新型的六爪锁紧套筒扳手的工作原理如下:
旋紧螺母或螺栓时,先将六爪锁紧套筒扳手的六个弧形抓手对准螺母或螺栓,直接按下就完成抓螺母或螺栓的动作,然后将抓有螺母的六爪锁紧套筒扳手对准螺栓(将抓有螺栓的六爪锁紧套筒扳手对准螺孔)顺时针旋转六爪锁紧套筒扳手,完成拧螺母或螺栓的操作。
旋松螺母或螺栓时,将六爪锁紧套筒扳手的弧形抓手对准螺母或螺栓按紧,逆时针旋转六爪锁紧套筒扳手,就可松开螺母或螺栓。
