本实用新型属于电力供电系统控制技术领域,特别涉及一种低压无功补偿配电柜。 
背景技术
现有的低压无功补偿配电柜,如CN201220398597.6公开的低压智能综合配电柜,包括配电柜,其特征在于:所述配电柜中设有无功补偿线路、计量线路、温控线路、一次线路、计量室和剩余电流断路器,所述无功补偿线路同计量线路、温控线路相连,所述无功补偿线路设在配电柜电源出线侧,所述剩余电流断路器设在配电柜电源进线侧,所述计量室设在剩余电流断路器和无功补偿线路之间。其不足之处在于:没有设置避雷器,不仅不能很好地保护好电力设备,而且不能将监测数据和运行状态实时远传给后台管理系统,不便于后台管理。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种低压无功补偿配电柜,不仅解决现有的低压无功补偿装置易损坏、维修频繁,严重影响正常生产的技术问题,而且可将监测数据和运行状态实时远传给后台管理系统。 
一种低压无功补偿配电柜,包括柜体,中间的竖隔板将柜体分为左室和补偿室,所述左室设有横板将左室分为计量室和下柜室,所述计量室内设有电流表、电压表、三相四线制电能表和集中器,所述补偿室设有智能型无功功率控制器、小型断路器、电流互感器、智能式低压复合开关和电容器,所述电流互感器连接有控制器,所述控制器端连接有无线通讯模块,所述下柜室内安装有刀开关、接触器和避雷器。 
所述电容器包括三相共补自愈式低电压并联电容器和单相分补自愈式低电压并联电容器。 
所述智能式低压复合开关包括微处理器和磁保持式继电器。 
所述计量室内设有照明灯及声光控制器。 
本实用新型将补偿室与现有的计量室和开关室有机地集合在一起,在补偿室内,先由智能型无功功率控制器采集电流信号,采集到的电流信号经过智能式低压复合开关,复合开关根据客户需要设置一个须采集的电流范围,当母线电流变化范围不在智能型无功功率控制器设定的范围内(即功率因数未达到供电公司要求)智能式低压复合开关合上,投入电容器,当用户用电的功率因数达到供电公司要求时(即智能型无功功率控制器设定的范围内),复合开关断开,电容器自动切除,这样就能够使电网的无功消耗保持在最低状态,从而提高电能质量和设备的利用率。同时还具有漏电、过载保护、防雷及无功功率补偿的功能,它能大大减少因雷击及漏电造成的设备损坏和人身安全事故,同时在电力系统频率和电压下降时提高功率因数,保证电能质量;所述低压电容器包括三相共补电容器和单相分补电容器,可实现分补共补,用以改善功率因数,提高供电质量,减少电能损耗;还可将监测数据和运行状态实时远传给后台管理系统,方便远程控制台了解各个无功补偿柜的情况;所述计量室内设有照明灯及声光控制器,方便夜晚观察计量表。因此,本实用新型具有能在人体触电时提供间接接触保护、能有效地补偿无功功率、提高电能质量、降低损耗能提供配电运行数据、体积小、重量轻、便于安装的优点,是集保护、计量测量、补偿、通讯、防雷电为一体现代化新型产品。

如图1所示,一种低压无功补偿配电柜,包括柜体1,中间的竖隔板将柜体分为左室和补偿室,所述左室设有横板将左室分为计量室和下柜室,所述计量室内设有电流表13、电压表15、三相四线制电能表14和集中器16,所述补偿室设有智能型无功功率控制器10、小型断路器4、电流互感器2、智能式低压复合开关8和电容器3,所述电流互感器2连接有控制器6,所述控制器6端连接有无线通讯模块5,所述下柜室内安装有刀开关11、接触器12和避雷器17。 
所述电容器3包括三相共补自愈式低电压并联电容器和单相分补自愈式低电压并联电容器。 
所述智能式低压复合开关包括微处理器9和磁保持式继电器7。 
所述计量室内设有照明灯及声光控制器。
