本实用新型公开了一种高强度双屏蔽软电缆,包括缆芯和包裹在电缆芯周围的护套层,其中缆芯至少包含有一根导线,所述导线包括导体和包裹在导体外部的绝缘层,导线周围填充有承载麻绳,承载麻绳和护套层之间设置有低密度聚乙烯制成的阻水层,所述护套层与缆芯之间设有镀锡铜丝加镀锌钢丝复合绞线绕加强层,所述缆芯表面裹覆有一由若干涤纶丝编织而成的涤纶编织加强层。本实用新型采用由镀锌钢丝和镀锡铜丝复合绞线,并以缠绕螺旋形的结构束绕在皱纹铝护套和外护套之间的屏蔽结构,起到了抑制电磁波对外发射的作用。同时,在缆芯表面裹覆有一由若干涤纶丝编织而成的涤纶编织加强层,进一步提高了电缆的抗拉强度。

本实用新型属于电缆技术领域,具体涉及一种高强度双屏蔽软电缆。
背景技术
电缆在生活中无处不在,随着社会的发展,城市化进程的加速,电缆的使用越来越广泛,特别是在电力、冶金、采矿、石油化工、建筑工程等领域,电缆的使用量更大,同时要求电缆要折弯性好,防水性能好,以防止漏电伤害到附近工作的工人。现有电缆的绝缘层和护套层的材料为纯乙丙橡胶材料,在挤出过程中工艺复杂,还要经过高温硫化,硫化过程中的尾气污染大气。为此,中国专利CN201220500122.3公开了一种聚氯乙烯弹性体塑料高强度阻水电缆,包括电缆芯和包裹在电缆芯周围的护套层,其中电缆芯至少包含有一根导线,所述导线包括导体和包裹在导体外部的绝缘层,导线周围填充有承载麻绳,承载麻绳和护套层之间设置有低密度聚乙烯制成的阻水层,电缆导体由于多股软铜丝绞合而成,绝缘层和护套材料为聚氯乙烯弹性体塑料。其优点是在电缆绝缘线芯成缆外层包裹阻水层,使得电缆的阻水效果明显提升。缺点在于,仍存有少量电磁干扰,尚未达到最佳的电磁屏蔽效果,同时抗拉强度仍不够理想。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种新结构的高强度双屏蔽软电缆,其电磁屏蔽效果更佳,同时抗拉强度更佳。
为实现这一目的,本实用新型的技术方案是:一种高强度双屏蔽软电缆,包括缆芯和包裹在电缆芯周围的护套层,其中缆芯至少包含有一根导线,所述导线包括导体和包裹在导体外部的绝缘层,导线周围填充有承载麻绳,承载麻绳和护套层之间设置有低密度聚乙烯制成的阻水层,所述护套层与缆芯之间设有镀锡铜丝加镀锌钢丝复合绞线绕加强层,所述缆芯表面裹覆有一由若干涤纶丝编织而成的涤纶编织加强层。
作为优选,所述护套层由纵包搭接的皱纹钢塑复合带挡潮层和黑色聚乙烯护套组成。
作为优选,所述黑色聚乙烯护套表层涂覆有涂敷石墨层。
作为优选,所述导体由多根镀锡铜单股线反向复绞构成。
相对于现有技术,本实用新型采用由镀锌钢丝和镀锡铜丝复合绞线,并以缠绕螺旋形的结构束绕在皱纹铝护套和外护套之间的屏蔽结构,起到了抑制电磁波对外发射的作用,又可作为短路电流的通道,起到中性线芯的保护作用。同时,在缆芯表面裹覆有一由若干涤纶丝编织而成的涤纶编织加强层,进一步提高了电缆的抗拉强度。

如图1所示,一种高强度双屏蔽软电缆,包括缆芯和包裹在电缆芯周围的护套层,其中缆芯至少包含有一根导线,所述导线包括导体和包裹在导体外部的绝缘层,导线周围填充有承载麻绳,承载麻绳和护套层之间设置有低密度聚乙烯制成的阻水层,所述护套层与缆芯之间设有镀锡铜丝加镀锌钢丝复合绞线绕加强层,所述缆芯表面裹覆有一由若干涤纶丝编织而成的涤纶编织加强层。 其中,所述护套层由纵包搭接的皱纹钢塑复合带挡潮层和黑色聚乙烯护套组成;所述黑色聚乙烯护套表层涂覆有涂敷石墨层;所述导体由多根镀锡铜单股线反向复绞构成。

1.一种高强度双屏蔽软电缆,包括缆芯和包裹在电缆芯周围的护套层,其中缆芯至少包含有一根导线,所述导线包括导体和包裹在导体外部的绝缘层,导线周围填充有承载麻绳,承载麻绳和护套层之间设置有低密度聚乙烯制成的阻水层,其特征是:所述护套层与缆芯之间设有镀锡铜丝加镀锌钢丝复合绞线绕加强层,所述缆芯表面裹覆有一由若干涤纶丝编织而成的涤纶编织加强层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高强度双屏蔽软电缆,其特征在于,所述护套层由纵包搭接的皱纹钢塑复合带挡潮层和黑色聚乙烯护套组成。
3. 根据权利要求2所述的高强度双屏蔽软电缆,其特征在于,所述黑色聚乙烯护套表层涂覆有涂敷石墨层。
4.根据权利要求1所述的高强度双屏蔽软电缆,其特征在于,所述导体由多根镀锡铜单股线反向复绞构成。
