本实用新型属于模具领域，尤其涉及一种设有漏水导流结构的模具。
背景技术
塑料模具在长期注塑生产过程中，因高温熔解的塑料原料在模具腔体内流动，所在模具也会受此影响产生过高的温度，进而导致产品不能正常生产。所以模具中都需要制作冷却水孔，在冷却水的循环作用下使其保持正常恒温。并且为使冷却水最大程度保持模具的整体恒温，通常模具中都排布多组冷却水。因冷却水较多，相应的冷却水接嘴也相应较多，而每一个冷却水接嘴的位置因长时间使用自然老化都存在漏水的可能性，而一旦漏水，水就有可能通过模板表面流入分型面，再流入模腔内部，进而腐蚀模腔。
实用新型内容
针对现有模具长时间存在冷却水孔漏水的问题，本实用新型提供一种设有漏水导流结构的模具。
本实用新型的技术方案如下：
一种设有漏水导流结构的模具，包括上模面板、下模底板、上模板、下模板，上模面板与上模板之间设有上模方铁，下模底板与下模板之间设有下模方铁，下模底板上设有上顶板和下顶板，所述的上模板上设有多个冷却水接嘴，在所述的冷却水接嘴的下端设有导流槽。
进一步地，所述的导流槽在冷却水接嘴与模板分型面之间。
进一步地，所述导流槽环绕在上模板外圈。
作为优选，所述的导流槽与上模板为一体式结构。
本实用新型的有益效果：当冷却水接嘴漏水时水就会通过模板表面流入到导流槽内，因导流槽环绕在上模板外圈，且模具是卧倒装在机器上的，因此水在导流槽内会沿着导流槽的流道一直流到模板朝地一侧，再漏到地上，不会流入到模具分型面或模腔内，不会对模具的模腔造成腐蚀。

具体实施方式
如图1所示的一种设有漏水导流结构的模具，包括上模面板1、下模底板6、上模板3、下模板4，上模面板1与上模板3之间设有上模方铁2，下模底板6与下模板4之间设有下模方铁5，下模底板6上设有上顶板7和下顶板8，所述的上模板3上设有多个冷却水接嘴9，在所述的冷却水接嘴9的下端设有导流槽10。所述的导流槽10在冷却水接嘴9与模板分型面之间。所述导流槽10环绕在上模板3外圈。所述的导流槽10与上模板3为一体式结构。
当冷却水接嘴9漏水时水就会通过模板表面流入到导流槽10内，因导流槽10环绕在上模板3外圈，且模具是卧倒装在机器上的，因此水在导流槽10内会沿着导流槽10的流道一直流到模板朝地一侧，再漏到地上，不会流入到模具分型面或模腔内，不会对模具的模腔造成腐蚀。

1.一种设有漏水导流结构的模具，包括上模面板、下模底板、上模板、下模板，上模面板与上模板之间设有上模方铁，下模底板与下模板之间设有下模方铁，下模底板上设有上顶板和下顶板，其特征在于：所述的上模板上设有多个冷却水接嘴，在所述的冷却水接嘴的下端设有导流槽。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种设有漏水导流结构的模具，其特征在于：所述的导流槽在冷却水接嘴与模板分型面之间。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种设有漏水导流结构的模具，其特征在于：所述导流槽环绕在上模板外圈。
