Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种LED日光灯,包括散热灯体、透光罩、LED光源、基板和支架头,散热灯体和透光罩插接在一起,基板设置于散热灯体上部,LED光源安装于基板上,支架头设置于散热灯体两端并与散热灯体安装连接,在散热灯体内安装有内置驱动器,支架头通过半透明插接件连接,所述插接件为安装于散热灯体一端支架头侧面的凸出端子,散热灯体另一端支架头侧面设置有与凸出端子配合的凹槽。本实用新型LED日光灯结构设计合理,支架头通过半透明插接件连接,并且LED光源在基板上均匀排列,LED日光灯相互连接时,半透明插接件使光线能够穿透,避免产生暗区,连接实现光的连续性,起到无暗区的照明效果。

本实用新型涉及LED灯具照明技术领域,具体地说是指一种LED日光灯。 
背景技术
现有技术中, 直管形LED日光灯具在安装于暗槽等环境连接使用时,灯具之间拼接在一起后, 往往在连接部分出现暗区, 使得灯光不连续,故照明效果不理想,达不到所需要的照明要求。 
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种灯具连接之间无暗区的LED日光灯。 
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用以下技术方案实现: 
一种LED日光灯,包括散热灯体、透光罩、LED光源、基板和支架头,散热灯体和透光罩插接在一起,基板设置于散热灯体上部,LED光源安装于基板上,支架头设置于散热灯体两端并与散热灯体安装连接, 在散热灯体内安装有内置驱动器,支架头通过半透明插接件连接,所述插接件为安装于散热灯体一端支架头侧面的凸出端子,散热灯体另一端支架头侧面设置有与凸出端子配合的凹槽。
作为对上述方案的改进,上述LED光源在基板上均匀排列。 
作为对上述方案的进一步改进,上述基板上首颗或末颗LED光源的中心位置到相近一侧支架头外侧边的距离为任两颗LED光源中心距离的1/2。 
本实用新型具有以下显著效果: 
本实用新型LED日光灯结构设计合理,支架头通过半透明插接件连接,并且LED光源在基板上均匀排列,LED日光灯相互连接时, 半透明插接件使光线能够穿透,避免产生暗区,连接实现光的连续性,起到无暗区的照明效果。

具体实施方式
为了便于本领域技术人员理解,下面将结合附图以及实施例对本实用新型进行进一步详细描述。 
如附图1-4所示,一种LED日光灯,包括散热灯体1、透光罩2、LED光源3、基板4和支架头5,散热灯体1和透光罩2插接在一起, 基板4设置于散热灯体1的上部, 基板4通过固定件固定于散热灯体1上, LED光源3均匀排列安装于基板4上, 支架头5设置于散热灯体1的两端,支架头5采用透光材料注塑而成,支架头5也通过固定件与散热灯体1的侧面安装连接, 在散热灯体1内安装有内置驱动器。 
其中,支架头5通过半透明插接件61连接,插接件61为安装于散热灯体1一端支架头5侧面的凸出端子,散热灯体1另一端支架头5侧面设置有与凸出端子配合的凹槽62;为了方便安装,两只LED日光灯可通过插接件61实现电连接。故两支或两只以上的LED日光灯连接在一起时,只需将一LED日光灯一端的插接件61插入另一LED日光灯的凹槽62中,从而两只LED日光灯通过插接件61稳固接通在一起,既可导通相连接的LED日光灯,并且两LED日光灯靠近支架头5的LED光源3发出的光会透过支架头5和插接件61照射出,避免产生暗区,连接实现光的连续性,起到无暗区的照明效果。 
为了增加光源照射亮度的一致性,基板4上首颗或末颗LED光源3的中心位置到相近一侧支架头5外侧边的距离为任两颗LED光源3中心距离的1/2。 
上述实施例为本实用新型实现的优选方案,并非限定性穷举,在相同构思下本实用新型还可以有其他变换形式,需要说明的是,在不脱离本实用新型发明构思的前提下,任何显而易见的替换均在本实用新型保护范围之内。

1.LED日光灯,包括散热灯体(1)、透光罩(2)、LED光源(3)、基板(4)和支架头(5),散热灯体和透光罩插接在一起,基板设置于散热灯体上部,LED光源安装于基板上,支架头设置于散热灯体两端并与散热灯体安装连接, 在散热灯体内安装有内置驱动器,其特征在于:支架头通过半透明插接件(61)连接,所述插接件为安装于散热灯体一端支架头侧面的凸出端子,散热灯体另一端支架头侧面设置有与凸出端子配合的凹槽(62)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的LED日光灯,其特征在于:所述LED光源在基板上均匀排列。
3.根据权利要求2所述的LED日光灯,其特征在于:所述基板上首颗或末颗LED光源的中心位置到相近一侧支架头外侧边的距离为任两颗LED光源中心距离的1/2。
