技术领域
本实用新型属于LED灯具领域,具体涉及一种LED墙角灯。
背景技术
传统的墙角灯,一般用普通灯泡或白炽灯,没有LED灯节能,也没有LED灯长寿,不仅光效低,耗能大,寿命短,而且密封性差,光照不均。由于没采取密封设计,因此也就没考虑散热效果。
实用新型内容
针对上述缺点,本实用新型的目的在于提供一种散热性能佳、光照均匀的LED墙角灯,有效地解决现有墙角灯无散热设计,光照不均,能效低,寿命短的问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种LED墙角灯,包括电源盒、电源、盒盖,所述电源固定于电源盒内,盒盖盖于所述电源盒上;该LED墙角灯还包括散热器、LED光源板、胶圈、透明或半透明的保护壳,所述LED光源板与电源电连接并固定于散热器前侧面;所述保护壳罩在LED光源板上并通过所述胶圈固定于散热器前侧面,所述盒盖固定于散热器后侧面,所述散热器与电源盒连接。
优选地,所述散热器呈漏斗状,散热器上部、下部设有孔。
优选地,所述保护壳内表面设有菲涅尔齿;或者所述保护壳外表面设有菲涅尔齿;或者所述保护壳内、外表面都设有菲涅尔齿,且内、外表面菲涅尔齿的分布方向相互垂直,其中一个延横向分布,另一个延纵向分布。
优选地,所述菲涅尔齿的形状可根据具体情况设置,该菲涅尔齿用来改变LED墙角灯的配光,使光照均匀;所述菲涅尔齿横截面的形状可为三角形,或者可与隧道横截面的形状一样,等等。
优选地,所述散热器与电源盒一端通过转轴活动连接,另一端由紧固件固定。
优选地,所述LED光源板与所述散热器之间涂有用于加快散热的硅胶。
优选地,所述散热器、电源盒、盒盖的材料是铝。
优选地,所述保护壳的材料是PC(Polycarbonate,聚碳酸酯)或玻璃或亚克力。
优选地,所述电源具有避雷装置。
本实用新型与现有技术相比具有以下有益效果:
1)本实用新型LED墙角灯通过电源盒、盒盖、胶圈、保护壳等密封,保护了电源、LED光源板,有利于延长LED墙角灯寿命;
2)本实用新型LED墙角灯的散热器呈漏斗状,散热器上部、下部设有孔,利于空气流动并加快散热;另外,散热器、电源盒、盒盖的材料是铝,并且LED光源板与散热器之间涂有硅胶,使散热效果更理想;
3)本实用新型LED墙角灯的保护壳设有菲涅尔齿,可将光汇聚于需要照明的区域,并可通过改变菲涅尔齿的形状来改变LED墙角灯的配光,可使光照均匀;
4)本实用新型LED墙角灯的散热器与电源盒一端通过转轴活动连接,另一端由紧固件固定,可易于打开盒盖,方便维护;
5)本实用新型LED墙角灯的电源内具有避雷装置,加强了防雷击效果,增加了安全性,提高了使用寿命。

具体实施方式
为了更好地理解本实用新型,下面结合附图和具体实施例对本实用新型作进一步地描述。
请参阅图1、图2、图3和图4,本实用新型LED墙角灯主要包括电源盒1、电源2、盒盖3、散热器4、LED光源板5、胶圈7、透明或半透明的保护壳6,电源2固定于电源盒1内,盒盖3盖于电源盒1上,LED光源板5与电源2电连接并固定于散热器前侧面401;保护壳6罩在LED光源板5上并通过胶圈7固定于散热器前侧面401,盒盖3固定于散热器后侧面402,散热器4与电源盒1连接。
为了利于空气流动,加快散热且不易积尘积灰,散热器4可设计成漏斗状,散热器上部403、下部404设有孔405、406。
为了将光汇聚于需要照明的区域,保护壳内表面601设有菲涅尔齿603;或者保护壳外表面602设有菲涅尔齿603′;或者保护壳内、外表面都设有菲涅尔齿603、603′,且内、外表面菲涅尔齿603、603′的分布方向相互垂直,其中一个延横向分布,另一个延纵向分布。菲涅尔齿603、603′的形状可根据具体情况设置,该菲涅尔齿用来改变LED墙角灯的配光,使光照均匀;菲涅尔齿横截面的形状可为三角形,或者可与隧道横截面的形状一样,等等。保护壳6的材料可以是PC(Polycarbonate,聚碳酸酯)或玻璃或亚克力等。
为了易于打开盒盖3,方便维护,散热器4与电源盒1一端通过转轴101活动连接,另一端由紧固件(图中未示出)固定。
为了加快散热,LED光源板5与散热器4之间涂有硅胶(图中未示出);散热器4、电源盒1、盒盖3可选铝作材料。
为了加强防雷击效果,增加安全性,电源2可设计有避雷装置,提高使用寿命。
电源盒1有安装孔,可通过电源盒1的安装孔将整个LED墙角灯固定于墙上,实现照明。使用时,电源2与外部电源电连接。
本实用新型LED墙角灯散热性能佳,光照均匀,方便维护,使用寿命长。

1.一种LED墙角灯,包括电源盒、电源、盒盖,所述电源固定于电源盒内,盒盖盖于所述电源盒上;其特征在于,该LED墙角灯还包括散热器、LED光源板、胶圈、透明或半透明的保护壳,所述LED光源板与电源电连接并固定于散热器前侧面;所述保护壳罩在LED光源板上并通过所述胶圈固定于散热器前侧面,所述盒盖固定于散热器后侧面,所述散热器与电源盒连接。 
2.根据权利要求1所述的LED墙角灯,其特征在于,所述散热器呈漏斗状,散热器上部、下部设有孔。 
3.根据权利要求2所述的LED墙角灯,其特征在于,所述保护壳内表面设有菲涅尔齿。 
4.根据权利要求2所述的LED墙角灯,其特征在于,所述保护壳外表面设有菲涅尔齿。 
5.根据权利要求2所述的LED墙角灯,其特征在于,所述保护壳内、外表面都设有菲涅尔齿,且内、外表面菲涅尔齿的分布方向相互垂直,其中一个延横向分布,另一个延纵向分布。 
6.根据权利要求3或4或5任一项所述的LED墙角灯,其特征在于,所述散热器与电源盒一端通过转轴活动连接,另一端由紧固件固定。 
7.根据权利要求3或4或5任一项所述的LED墙角灯,其特征在于,所述LED光源板与所述散热器之间涂有用于加快散热的硅胶。 
8.根据权利要求3或4或5任一项所述的LED墙角灯,其特征在于,所述散热器、电源盒、盒盖的材料是铝;所述保护壳的材料是PC或玻璃或亚克力。 
9.根据权利要求3或4或5任一项所述的LED墙角灯,其特征在于,所述电源具有避雷装置。
