Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种蜂窝状钢架结构单元，包括“Y”型钢梁和“U”型钢梁，其结构是将6个“Y”型钢梁通过“U”型钢梁相互固定连接形成六边形蜂窝结构。由于六边形的蜂窝形结构具有的牢固、稳定特性，本实用新型的钢架单元所拼接的建筑钢架将在整体稳定性上有很大提升。

本实用新型属于建筑行业中广泛使用的建筑构件技术领域，具体是一种利用“Y”形钢梁固定连接而成的蜂窝状钢架结构单元。
背景技术
钢梁是建筑工程中的一种基本构架单元，钢梁通过焊接后形成在土木工程建筑中广泛使用的钢架结构。整个钢架结构的强度和稳定性通常由每个钢架单元及其之间的连接稳定性决定。为提高整个钢架的强度和稳定度，通常使用“工”字形钢梁作为钢架单元，多根“工”字形钢梁之间通常是采用焊接方式构建最终所需要的钢架形状。现有的钢架通常根据需要是做成矩形或三角形，再反复拼接搭建后形成建筑整体钢架形状，矩形或三角形钢架单元的稳定性在几何结构中并不是最佳的，特别是和蜂窝状六边形相比较，六边形的蜂窝形状在钢架稳定性上将更胜一筹。本实用新型的目的就是要通过构建六边形的钢架结构单元来做为整体钢架的基础，提高其稳定性能。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是为了改进现有矩形或三角形钢架单元稳定性较差缺陷，利用“Y”形钢梁搭建蜂窝状钢架单元作为整个钢架结构的基础。
实现上述目的的本实用新型的技术方案为，一种蜂窝状钢架结构单元，包括“Y”形钢梁和“U”形钢梁，其构成为将6个“Y”形钢梁通过“U”形钢梁相互固定连接形成六边形蜂窝结构。六边形的蜂窝形结构具有的牢固、稳定特性，因此，由本实用新型的钢架单元所拼接的建筑钢架将在整体稳定性上有很大提升。
组成蜂窝状钢架结构单元的“Y”形钢梁是一次铸造成形或通过3根“工”字钢梁焊接形成的钢梁“Y”形钢梁由于有3三根向外延伸的支架形成六边形蜂窝形状最为简单、方便。
在形成蜂窝状钢架结构单元时，相邻两个“Y”形钢梁通过两根“U”形钢梁固定连接，两根U形钢梁相对通过橡胶垫和螺栓与“Y”形钢梁固定连接。利用橡胶垫片隔离，通过螺栓连接，可以减少承载变化的震动，又可加固梁与梁之间的链接。
本实用新型的所提出的蜂窝状钢架结构单元在稳定性上实现了提高，为建筑钢架模块化奠定了基础。

下面结合附图说明本实用新型的具体结构，如图1所示是通过“Y”形钢梁1与“U”形钢梁的扩展连接实现的蜂窝状钢架结构单元的示意图，其结构是将6个“Y”形钢梁通过“U”形钢梁相互固定连接形成六边形蜂窝结构。六边形的蜂窝形结构具有的牢固、稳定特性，因此，由本实用新型的钢架单元所拼接的建筑钢架将在整体稳定性上有很大提升。组成蜂窝状钢架结构单元的“Y”形钢梁是一次铸造成形或通过3根“工”字钢梁焊接形成的钢梁“Y”形钢梁。由于有三根向外延伸的支架形成六边形蜂窝形状最为简单、方便。
在形成蜂窝状钢架结构单元时，相邻两个“Y”形钢梁通过两根“U”形钢梁固定连接，两根U形钢梁相对通过橡胶垫和螺栓与“Y”形钢梁固定连接。如图2所示，利用橡胶垫片3隔离，通过螺栓4连接，可以减少承载变化的震动，又可加固梁与梁之间的链接。
上述技术方案仅体现了本实用新型技术方案的优选技术方案，本技术领域的技术人员对其中某些部分所可能做出的一些变动均体现了本实用新型的原理，属于本实用新型的保护范围之内。

1.一种蜂窝状钢架结构单元，包括“Y”形钢梁(1)和“U”形钢梁(2)，其特征在于，6个“Y”形钢梁通过“U”形钢梁相互固定连接形成六边形蜂窝结构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的蜂窝状钢架结构单元，其特征在于，“Y”形钢梁是一次铸造成型或通过3根“工”字钢梁焊接形成的钢梁。
3.根据权利要求1所述的蜂窝状钢架结构单元，其特征在于，相邻两个“Y”形钢梁通过两根“U”形钢梁固定连接。
4.根据权利要求3所述的蜂窝状钢架结构单元，其特征在于，两根U形钢梁相对通过橡胶垫(3)和螺栓(4)与“Y”形钢梁固定连接。
