烙铁头固定装置，包括底板、支撑杆、T型升降套管、烙铁头固定套管，底板上固定有支撑杆，支撑杆上套有一个T型升降套管，T型升降套管的竖管通过手动锚固螺钉与支撑杆固定，T型升降套管的横管中通过手动锚固螺钉与烙铁头固定套管的横管固定，烙铁头通过手动锚固螺钉固定在烙铁头固定套管的竖管中。本实用新型的优点是：本装置结构简单，使用简便，烙铁头放置在该装置中可以上下、左右进行距离调节，操作十分方便；工人使用本装置不会将手烫伤，而且焊接速度加快，工作效率得到明显提高。

背景技术
目前，数据线生产企业在生产过程中，工人在焊接数据线接头的时候，都是一手拿着烙铁头，一手拿着待焊接的数据线进行操作。这样工作有时候稍不留神会导致烙铁头碰到手，将手烫伤，而且这样焊接速度很慢，工作效率很低。

针对上述同类技术问题存在的不足，本实用新型的目的是提供一种烙铁头固定装置。
本实用新型的技术方案是：烙铁头固定装置，包括底板、支撑杆、T型升降套管、烙铁头固定套管，其特征在于：底板上固定有支撑杆，支撑杆上套有一个T型升降套管，T型升降套管的竖管通过手动锚固螺钉与支撑杆固定，T型升降套管的横管中通过手动锚固螺钉与烙铁头固定套管的横管固定，烙铁头通过手动锚固螺钉固定在烙铁头固定套管的竖管中。
本实用新型的优点是：本装置结构简单，使用简便，烙铁头放置在该装置中可以上下、左右进行距离调节，操作十分方便；工人使用本装置不会将手烫伤，而且焊接速度加快，工作效率得到明显提高。

如图1所示，底板1上固定有支撑杆2，支撑杆2上套有一个T型升降套管3，T型升降套管3的竖管通过手动锚固螺钉与支撑杆2固定，T型升降套管3的横管中通过手动锚固螺钉与烙铁头固定套管4的横管固定，烙铁头5通过手动锚固螺钉固定在烙铁头固定套管4的竖管中。

1.烙铁头固定装置，包括底板（1）、支撑杆（2）、T型升降套管（3）、烙铁头固定套管（4），其特征在于：底板（1）上固定有支撑杆（2），支撑杆（2）上套有一个T型升降套管（3），T型升降套管（3）的竖管通过手动锚固螺钉与支撑杆（2）固定，T型升降套管（3）的横管中通过手动锚固螺钉与烙铁头固定套管（4）的横管固定，烙铁头（5）通过手动锚固螺钉固定在烙铁头固定套管（4）的竖管中。
