技术领域
   本实用新型涉及一种连续浇注设备,尤其涉及一种用于生产低熔点、低比热合金浇注的一种宽带浇嘴分流桥支撑结构。 
背景技术
目前,用于生产铜合金、铝合金电工用杆材、板材的连铸机其结晶器通常包括钢带、钢带轮、圆周上设有环形凹槽的结晶轮,钢带依次经过结晶轮及多个钢带轮后到结晶轮。钢带被多个钢带轮引导、绷紧并与结晶轮贴紧,通过钢带封闭结晶轮凹槽外缘形成沿结晶轮周向由浇铸口延伸至拉坯出口的型腔,金属液由浇煲从浇铸口注入后在型腔内被强制冷却结晶形成铸坯,形成的铸坯从拉坯出口拉出。钢带在封闭结晶轮凹槽外缘后形成口形型腔时由于凹槽宽度较宽(大约1.5m),与其配套的钢带必然较宽,宽带封闭凹槽时因为仅仅只有凹槽两边的外缘支撑钢带,钢带在重力的作用下造成弧形形变,即影响了型腔的形状,使得生产出来的板材表面存在弧度,不能达到平整的要求。 
现有浇煲包括存放金属液体的液位室和用于浇注金属液的浇嘴,浇嘴设置在结晶轮浇铸口处的凹槽内。浇煲的浇嘴也没有设计钢带支撑结构,造成钢带因重力发生形变,影响了由结晶轮凹槽和钢带构成的型腔的坯型,从而造成生产出来的板材表面存在一定形变,不能满足生产要求。   
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种宽带浇嘴分流桥支撑结构。 
一种宽带浇嘴分流桥支撑结构,包括浇嘴底板(9),浇嘴底板两侧边的浇嘴侧板(11),其特征在于:所述浇嘴底板(9)上顺着金属液流动方向设置有至少1个分流支撑结构(12),所述分流支撑结构(12)其高度与浇嘴侧板(11)等高。 
上述方案中,所所述分流支撑结构(12)等间距设置在浇嘴侧板(11)之间。 
上述方案中,所述分流支持结构(12)为板状。 
     本实用新型具有以下有益效果: 
     本实用新型在浇嘴上设置有分流支撑结构,其能有效的对宽0.4m-1.5m左右的钢带进行支撑,使钢带与结晶轮凹槽形成的型腔不会因为重力作用而产生形变,确保了板材成型后表面的平整性。

下面对本实用新型做进一步的说明: 
本实用新型提供了一种宽带浇嘴分流桥支撑结构,主要针对现有实际生产中浇煲的浇嘴没有设计钢带支撑结构,造成钢带因重力发生形变,影响了由结晶轮凹槽和钢带构成的型腔的坯型,从而造成生产出来的板材表面存在一定形变,不能满足生产要求问题。 该浇嘴两侧的浇嘴侧板为弧形,以配合结晶轮与钢带的弧度,浇嘴侧板间设置有至少1个分流支撑结构,分流支撑结构其高度与浇嘴侧板等高,这里的分流支撑结构优选为长板状,且其在浇嘴两侧的弧形侧板之间等间距设置。
分流支撑结构能够有效地对钢带进行支撑,使其覆盖在在较宽宽度的凹槽上时不会因为重力作用产生弧形形变,从而确保了型腔的形状的稳定性,使其通过该型腔浇铸出的板材成型后表面的平整性。 
因浇嘴底部设置在结晶轮凹槽内,其形状结构与结晶轮应当匹配,故浇嘴底部为成弧形结构。浇嘴底部设有弧形底板,弧形底板底面设有弹性密封垫,为了使弹性密封垫和弧形底板地面紧密接触而不发生打滑现象,故在底板地面设有凹凸防滑槽。弹性密封垫的使用使得浇嘴和结晶轮凹槽能够紧密接触,达到有效的实现防漏液功能。

1.一种宽带浇嘴分流桥支撑结构,包括浇嘴底板(9),浇嘴底板两侧边的浇嘴侧板(11),其特征在于:所述浇嘴底板(9)上顺着金属液流动方向设置有至少1个分流支撑结构(12),所述分流支撑结构(12)其高度与浇嘴侧板(11)等高。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种宽带浇嘴分流桥支撑结构,其特征在于:所述分流支撑结构(12)等间距设置在浇嘴侧板(11)之间。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种宽带浇嘴分流桥支撑结构,其特征在于:所述分流支撑结构(12)为板状。
