本实用新型涉及一种连接器，具体地说是一种大大提高生产效率，降低生产成本的连接器。
背景技术
USB 3.0接口均是采用九根端子的设计结构，当前市面上通行的生产工艺一般有两种，两组各有一个料带连接，采用分别的冲压或者注塑技术，兼容2.0的四根端子为一组冲压和注塑，为3.0而准备的另外五根端子分成一组冲压和注塑，注塑完成后，需要后续加工，分别切断其相连接的部份，再通过塑胶结构的设计，把两个不同的部份扣合在一起，之后表面装上金属壳，另一种是两组端子在一个料带，通过折弯，使4PIN和5PIN不在同一个平面，然后用注塑成型后折掉料带。第一种的缺点在于成本浪费大，工序多，不经济。第二种方式的缺点在于端子的结构复杂，且冲压成本高，模具维修费用高且不良率高。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种大大提高生产效率，降低生产成本的连接器。

下面结合附图对本实用新型具体实施方式作详细说明。
如图1至图4所示，本实用新型所述的连接器包括金属壳体、塑料体1与端子，端子安装在塑料体内，塑料体安装在金属壳体内，端子为同一平面分布的两组端子，两组端子的一端与料带2连为一体，端子中的一组端子4为四根，另一组端子3为五根。端子通过变形，使两组端子平行分布在同一料带，两组端子通过一次冲压可以生成一个整体，两组端子的两端均留有预断设计，可以较容易的进行分离，冲压电镀后，先去除一料带，再通过一次成型，然后去掉另一料带，再配上外壳，就可以非常方便和经济的制造出一个连接器。本实用新型具有大大提高生产效率，降低生产成本的优点。
