本实用新型公开了一种核电缆用煅烧型云母带,该云母带为双面制作,云母带基材上下均制作有补强层,整个云母带的抗拉伸性能高;云母带整体通过有机硅树脂胶粘合,其粘接可靠。本实用新型包括煅烧白云母带,煅烧白云母带两侧分别通过有机硅树脂胶粘接有补强层;上述补强层为聚酯薄膜补强层或玻璃纤维布补强层。进一步的是:当上述补强层为玻璃纤维布补强层时,所述玻璃纤维布由经纱和纬纱交错编织而成,所述经纱和纬纱为玻璃纤维丝。本实用新型以煅烧白云母带为基础,该煅烧白云母带为双面结构,煅烧白云母带上下面均通过有机硅树脂胶粘接有补强层,因此,整个云母带具有上下两侧补强层,整体抗拉伸强度高,胶粘结构稳定可靠。

云母带是电线电缆敷料之一,高性能的云母绝缘制品具有优良的耐高温性能和耐燃烧性能;当云母带用于核电缆的绝缘包扎时,将需要更好的强度和更稳定的性能,然而传统的云母带一般仅仅制作有一层聚酯薄膜补强层,使得传统云母带的强度有限。

本实用新型所要解决的技术问题在于针对上述现有技术中的不足,提供一种核电缆用煅烧型云母带,该云母带为双面制作,云母带基材上下均制作有补强层,整个云母带的抗拉伸性能高;云母带整体通过有机硅树脂胶粘合,其粘接可靠。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:核电缆用煅烧型云母带,包括煅烧白云母带,煅烧白云母带两侧分别通过有机硅树脂胶粘接有补强层;
上述补强层为聚酯薄膜补强层或玻璃纤维布补强层。
进一步的是:当上述补强层为玻璃纤维布补强层时,所述玻璃纤维布由经纱和纬纱交错编织而成,所述经纱和纬纱为玻璃纤维丝。

2.如权利要求1所述的核电缆用煅烧型云母带,其特征在于:当所述补强层为玻璃纤维布补强层时,所述玻璃纤维布由经纱和纬纱交错编织而成,所述经纱和纬纱为玻璃纤维丝。
