本实用新型涉及一种超声波流量计。
背景技术
现有的小口径超声波流量计存在以下不足：一是现有市面上的超声波流量计，特别是DN100口径以下的超声波流量计大都采用单对换能器，一旦任意一个换能器损坏损坏，整个流量计将无法计量。二是部分超声波流量计的反射镜为单面镜片，要求安装在整个管道的中心位置，由于这种单面结构导致水流经过流量计反射镜片后，容易形成一边水流多而慢，一边水流少而急，但流量计往往只能计量单边的水流速度，从而导致计量不精确的结果。三是大部分多次反射超声波流量计的反射镜为单面镜片，要求安装在整个管道的一边，由于这种单面结构导致水流经过流量计时，全都在整个管道的一边且由于反射镜需要凹面放置，反射镜与管道接触位置起伏很大容易形成紊流且镜片上易堆积污垢，从而导致计量不精确的结果。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的就是针对上述情况提供一种结构简单，制造成本低，加工方便，计量精确的超声波流量计。本实用新型的目的可通过以下方案来实现：一种超声波流量计表体，包括壳体，壳体里面设有支架，支架上装有反射镜，其特征是在壳体上设有四个与壳体垂直的换能器安装孔，每个换能器安装孔内安装有一个换能器，所述反射镜设有两个反射面，分别对应两个换能器。由于反射镜有两面，水流经过反射镜后不会再出现一边水流多，一边水流少的问题。本实用新型具有结构简单，生产成本低，加工方便，计量精确，抗扰性高等特点。

对照图1可知，一种超声波流量计包括壳体1，壳体里面设有支架4，支架上装有反射镜3，其特征是在壳体上设有四个与壳体垂直的换能器安装孔2，每个换能器安装孔内安装有一个换能器（图中未标出），所述反射镜设有两个反射面，分别对应两个换能器，两对反射镜和两对换能器使整个超声波的声程为双U形。

对照图2可知，一种超声波流量计包括壳体1，壳体里面设有支架4，支架上装有反射镜3，其特征是在壳体上设有四个与壳体垂直的换能器安装孔2，每个换能器安装孔内安装有一个换能器（图中未标出），所述反射镜设有两个反射面，分别对应两个换能器，在支架4的中部上、下各设有一个腹部反射镜5，两对反射镜和两对换能器使整个超声波再加上中部的腹部反射镜，使整个的超声波声程为双M形。
