本实用新型的一种夹层复合发泡外墙水泥板,包括上层发泡水泥板与下层发泡水泥板,所述上层发泡水泥板与下层发泡水泥板之间设置有真空隔热板,所述真空隔热板上、下两端均设置有粘结层,所述真空隔热板通过粘结层与所述上层发泡水泥板和下层发泡水泥板相连接;通过定位孔能更好的便于工作人员安装,由于在两层发泡水泥板中间设置真空隔热板夹层,增加了发泡水泥板的强度和保温隔热性能,可大量减少冷暖气等电力、燃烧费用,大大节省了能源消耗,降低了成本。

背景技术
目前外墙保温工程在安装发泡水泥板时,必须在发泡水泥板上钻安装孔,然后在安装孔上打锚进行固定,因此,安装该外墙发泡水泥板工艺复杂,影响安装效率,而且现有的外墙发泡水泥板强度低,钻孔时容易造成外墙发泡水泥板破裂。

本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种增强发泡水泥板强度,安装方便的夹层复合发泡外墙水泥板。 
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用如下技术方案: 
一种夹层复合发泡外墙水泥板,包括上层发泡水泥板与下层发泡水泥板,所述上层发泡水泥板与下层发泡水泥板之间设置有真空隔热板,所述真空隔热板上、下两端均设置有粘结层,所述真空隔热板通过粘结层与所述上层发泡水泥板和下层发泡水泥板相连接。
    作为优选的技术方案,所述夹层复合发泡外墙水泥板开设有用于安装的定位孔。 
作为优选的技术方案,所述夹层复合发泡外墙水泥板的形状可为长方形、圆形和梯形。 
本实用新型夹层复合发泡外墙水泥板的有益效果是:通过定位孔能更好的便于工作人员安装,由于在两层发泡水泥板中间设置真空隔热板夹层,增加了发泡水泥板的强度和保温隔热性能,可大量减少冷暖气等电力、燃烧费用,大大节省了能源消耗,降低了成本。

本实施例中,参照图1和图2所示,一种夹层复合发泡外墙水泥板,包括上层发泡水泥板1与下层发泡水泥板2,所述上层发泡水泥板1与下层发泡水泥板2之间设置有真空隔热板4,所述真空隔热板4上、下两端均设置有粘结层3,所述真空隔热板4通过粘结层3与所述上层发泡水泥板1和下层发泡水泥板2相连接。 
所述夹层复合发泡外墙水泥板开设有用于安装的定位孔5。 
所述夹层复合发泡外墙水泥板的形状可为长方形、圆形和梯形等,本实施例中选用长方形。
