本实用新型属于机械技术领域，尤其涉及一种可自动续料机械手。
背景技术
传统机床在冲压生产过程存在着一些问题和缺点，表现在冲压加工时产生的噪音和振动两种公害，而且操作者的安全无法得到保障。这些问题并不完全是由于冲压加工工艺及模具本身带来的，而主要是由于传统的冲压设备及落后的手工操作造成的。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题，本实用新型提供安装调整方便、结构合理、动作正确可靠，安全有效的可自动续料机械手。
本实用新型采用的技术方案是：
一种可自动续料机械手，包括手爪、上料工位、上料臂、落料工位、冲孔工位、反拉伸工位、回转空心轴、滑动轴组成，所述的上料臂与滑动轴相连，滑动轴安装在回转空心轴中间。
所述的上料臂上设有电磁吸盘。
本实用新型的有益效果：本实用新型安装调整方便、结构合理、动作正确可靠，安全有效。

具体实施方式
如图1所示的一种可自动续料机械手，包括手爪1、上料工位2、上料臂3、落料工位4、冲孔工位5、反拉伸工位6、回转空心轴7、滑动轴8组成，所述的上料臂3与滑动轴8相连，滑动轴8安装在回转空心轴7中间，上料臂3上设有电磁吸盘。
本实用新型设计的冲压过程分三步，依次为拉伸、反拉伸、冲孔。设计将三个步骤同时完成，即把多道工序的模具放置在同一套模座上，利用冲床的的一次往复运动使安装在模座上的拉伸、反拉、冲孔三副模具同时工作，冲床动作完成且冲压冋到最高位后，自动续料机械手开始动作实现工件在三个工位间的传送。
与传统的人工续料相比，该冲压过程中采用机械手代替工人操作，构成冲压自动化生产线，提高了劳动生产率，并且极大的降低生产过程的事故率。

1.一种可自动续料机械手，包括手爪、上料工位、上料臂、落料工位、冲孔工位、反拉伸工位、回转空心轴、滑动轴组成，其特征在于：所述的上料臂与滑动轴相连，滑动轴安装在回转空心轴中间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种可自动续料机械手，其特征在于：所述的上料臂上设有电磁吸盘。
