本实用新型涉及一种螺栓铅封套件。
背景技术
为了保证重要设备的安全或者准确性,往往需要给影响设备安全或准确的重要部位加装铅封来防止他人的破坏。但有些设备并不具备加装铅封的条件,例如重要部位是用螺栓固定但是没有可以加装铅封的孔洞,这就导致了重要设备的保护存在了安全隐患。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种螺栓铅封套件,其可以可以对各类螺栓进行铅封,保证其安全和准确性。
本实用新型所采取的技术方案如下:
一种螺栓铅封套件,其特征在于其包括铅封底座与所述铅封底座相对应的铅封盖,所述铅封底座上设置有穿出孔,所述穿出孔嵌有滑垫。
作为本实用新型的进一步改进,其中滑垫的外边大于所述穿出孔的孔径。
作为本实用新型的进一步改进,其中滑垫内嵌深度大于铅封底座厚度。
作为本实用新型的进一步改进,其中铅封盖与所述铅封底座侧壁设置有对应的穿线孔。
本实用新型所取得的积极效果为:
经本实用新型所提供的螺栓铅封套件铅封后,破坏者无法直接对螺栓进行任何操作,由于铅封底座和滑垫是滑动连接,即使固定铅封套件外壳也无法对螺栓进行拧动操作。使得螺栓无明显外露点和着力点,保证了设备的安全和准确。

具体实施方式
如附图1所示,一种螺栓铅封套件,其特征在于其包括铅封底座1、以及与所述铅封底座1相对应的铅封盖2,所述铅封底座1上设置有穿出孔3,所述穿出孔3嵌有滑垫4。滑垫4的外边大于所述穿出孔3的孔径,滑垫4在穿出孔3内嵌深度大于铅封底座1厚度,铅封盖2与所述铅封底座1侧壁设置有对应的穿线孔5。
本实用新型的使用方法为:
1)将螺栓6从滑垫4穿出;
2)将螺栓6和滑垫4从铅封底座1穿出,滑垫4外边大于铅封底座穿出孔3的孔径,中间内嵌深度大于铅封底座1厚度;
3)正常安装螺栓6后,拨动铅封底座1须能良好滑动;
4)盖上铅封盖2;铅封盖2和铅封底座1须对应打穿线孔5以便穿线;
5)调整铅封盖2与铅封底座1穿入铅封线进行铅封。铅封时留线长度小于套件半径。
当然,作为本领域技术人员所公知的,螺栓帽直径需大于滑垫孔径,如不合适须加装垫片进行调整。

1. 一种螺栓铅封套件,其特征在于其包括铅封底座(1),以及与所述铅封底座(1)相对应的铅封盖(2),所述铅封底座(1)上设置有穿出孔(3),所述穿出孔(3)嵌有滑垫(4)。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种螺栓铅封套件,其特征在于所述滑垫(4)的外边大于所述穿出孔(3)的孔径。
3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种螺栓铅封套件,其特征在于所述滑垫(4)内嵌深度大于铅封底座(1)厚度。
4. 据权利要求1所述的一种螺栓铅封套件,其特征在于所述铅封盖(2)与所述铅封底座(1)侧壁设置有对应的穿线孔(5)。
