本实用新型涉及一种全程密封的食用油桶，包括塑料外桶，在所述塑料外桶的内腔中设有薄膜内桶，且所述薄膜内桶紧贴塑料外桶的内壁设置，所述塑料外桶和薄膜内桶的开口方向均一致，且在所述塑料外桶的开口和薄膜内桶的开口相结合的位置处设有压紧塞，在所述压紧塞的外部设有具有放油阀的密封桶盖。本实用新型结构简单，设计合理，通过双层内嵌式的设计，避免食用油在倾倒的过程中直接与空气接触，充分利用了大气压强的原理，使得放油的过程中全程密封，避免二次污染，有效保证了食品安全，保护人们的身体健康。

背景技术
在公知的技术领域，食用油是人类生存不可缺少的食品之一，目前人们普遍使用的食用油多为桶装和瓶装的，市场上售出的食用油包装桶主要以5kg容积的桶为主，按我国三口之家每人每天食用油不超过25g计算，每桶食用油从开封到吃完需要66天左右的时间，期间多次开封倒油会导致大量的细菌随着空气进入油桶中，给桶内的食用油造成二次污染，直接危害着人们的健康。

本实用新型要解决的技术问题是：克服上述问题，提供一种全程密封的食用油桶。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种全程密封的食用油桶，包括塑料外桶，在所述塑料外桶的内腔中设有薄膜内桶，且所述薄膜内桶紧贴塑料外桶的内壁设置，所述塑料外桶和薄膜内桶的开口方向均一致，且在所述塑料外桶的开口和薄膜内桶的开口相结合的位置处设有压紧塞，在所述压紧塞的外部设有具有放油阀的密封桶盖。
进一步的，考虑到方便正常气压流动，本实用新型在所述塑料外桶的底部设有进气刺破孔。
进一步的，作为一种具体的实施方式，本实用新型所述进气刺破孔的直径为5mm。
本实用新型的有益效果是：本实用新型结构简单，设计合理，通过双层内嵌式的设计，避免食用油在倾倒的过程中直接与空气接触，充分利用了大气压强的原理，使得放油的过程中全程密封，避免二次污染，有效保证了食品安全，保护人们的身体健康。

如图1所示的本实用新型一种全程密封的食用油桶的优选实施例，包括塑料外桶1，在所述塑料外桶1的内腔中设有薄膜内桶2，且所述薄膜内桶2紧贴塑料外桶1的内壁设置，所述塑料外桶1和薄膜内桶2的开口方向均一致，且在所述塑料外桶1的开口和薄膜内桶2的开口相结合的位置处设有压紧塞3，在所述压紧塞3的外部设有具有放油阀5的密封桶盖4，在所述塑料外桶1的底部设有进气刺破孔6，所述进气刺破孔6的直径为5mm。
在使用的过程中，通过进气刺破孔6进气，空气与薄膜内桶2接触，通过大气压强的作用，压缩薄膜内桶2，最终食用油倒出，全程密封，避免空气直接与食用油的接触。

2.如权利要求1所述的一种全程密封的食用油桶，其特征在于：在所述塑料外桶(1)的底部设有进气刺破孔(6)。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种全程密封的食用油桶，其特征在于：所述进气刺破孔(6)的直径为5mm。
