背景技术
盖板条是梳棉机锡林活动盖板的部件之一，活动盖板在传动机构的作用下，依附锡林表面做相对运动，从而实现梳棉。为了使针布与锡林之间的间隙稳定，盖板条底部的平直度要求很高，必须达到0.05毫米以下，为了达到这个平直度，一种方法是在盖板条体的底部通过上胶形成一平直度0.05毫米以下的胶层，使得盖板条的平直度达到要求，但胶层易磨损，如果要更换的话需要拆卸整个活动盖板，极为不方便。

本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术中的不足而提供一种结构设计合理、胶层磨损后更换方便的梳棉机盖板条。
本实用新型解决上述技术问题采用的技术方案是：一种梳棉机盖板条，包括盖板条体和胶层，其特征在于：在盖板条体的底部开有凹槽，在凹槽的槽壁上连接有螺栓；还包括更换条，更换条与凹槽配合，在更换条上开有螺纹孔，螺纹孔与螺栓配合；胶层固定在更换条的底部。
本实用新型所述的凹槽的槽壁设有一号磨砂层。
本实用新型所述的更换条设有二号磨砂层。
本实用新型与现有技术相比，具有如下优点和效果：本实用新型结构设计合理、胶层磨损后更换方便。

下面结合附图并通过实施例对本实用新型作进一步说明。
参见图1，本实用新型实施例包括盖板条体1、胶层2、更换条5。
在盖板条体1的底部开有凹槽3 ，在凹槽3的槽壁上连接有螺栓4。沿着凹槽3的轴向上连接有多根螺栓4。
在更换条5上开有螺纹孔6，螺纹孔6与螺栓4配合，更换条5与凹槽3配合，通过螺纹孔6与螺栓4的连接，更换条5可装入凹槽3中，通过螺纹孔6与螺栓4的分离，更换条5可从凹槽3中脱离。
在更换条5的底部通过上胶固定形成一平直度0.05毫米以下的胶层2。
凹槽3的槽壁磨砂处理形成一号磨砂层7，更换条5磨砂处理形成二号磨砂层8，更换条5装入凹槽3中，一号磨砂层7和二号磨砂层8紧密接触，使得更换条5更为牢固地安装在凹槽3上。
更换条5的横截面为T形。
胶层2磨损后要更换时，只需把更换条5拆卸下来更换，极为方便。
