本实用新型的有益效果:采用上述方案, 在垃圾桶装满垃圾较重，但需移动时，可手握手把，提起垃圾桶来进行移动这样就达到了省力和不弄脏手的目的；手把内装有备用垃圾袋，在更换时，只需从垃圾袋抽取槽中取出垃圾袋即可，节省了人们到别处取垃圾袋的时间；备用垃圾袋存放于手把内无需另外增加垃圾桶制造材料和占用空间，达到了在增加垃圾桶功用的同时巧妙利用原物，节省材料的目的。

从图1可以看出本实用新型它由垃圾桶桶体1和提手2组成，所述的提手2正中间有一中空柱形手把3，手把3由上半弧体31和下半弧体32组成，上半弧体31上开有一条缝型垃圾袋抽取槽33，上半弧体31和下半弧体32之间可利用卡扣等各种方式进行连接和开关。
平时将购买的成卷垃圾袋放于手把3内，使用时，与其他普通垃圾桶一样使用，更换垃圾袋时，只需从垃圾袋抽取槽33取出垃圾袋即可，移动垃圾桶时，只需手握手把3就可轻松提起垃圾桶进行移动。
