本实用新型公开了一种储能电站模块电池组装模具,包括支撑架,所述的支撑架的底部四角位置设有固定块用于固定支撑架,支撑架的一侧设有限位板,另一侧设有压板限位座,压板限位座上安装有螺栓卡槽座。本实用新型的有益效果是:既可以避免锡焊时产生的高温对电芯造成损坏,而且又不会像超声波焊接那样有复杂的操作流程,具有连接紧密、牢固,操作时间短,效率高,电池组装安全方便等优点。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及锂电池技术领域,具体涉及一种储能电站模块电池组装模具。
背景技术
锂电池以长寿命、使用安全、无记忆效应、体积小、重量轻、绿色环保等优点非常适用于储能电站。由于容量要求,需要对单体软包锂电池进行配组后组装,而目前软包电池组装过程存在以下问题:
1、组装电池至少需要两人共同协作,操作不方便,费时、费力。
2、组装电池过程中易对电池造成损坏,对配组电池的一致性造成影响,进而影响组装电池的寿命。
3、用锡焊电池极耳时,高温易对电芯造成损坏,影响配组电池的寿命。
4、超声波焊接极耳,操作繁冗,亦有人为因素影响焊接效果。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题在于克服现有技术的不足而提供一种储能电站模块电池组装模具,该模具既可以避免锡焊时产生的高温对电芯造成损坏,而且又不会像超声波焊接那样有复杂的操作流程,具有连接紧密、牢固,操作时间短,效率高,电池组装安全方便等优点。
为达到以上目的,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:储能电站模块电池组装模具,包括支撑架,所述的支撑架的底部四角位置设有固定块用于固定支撑架,支撑架的一侧设有限位板,另一侧设有压板限位座,压板限位座上安装有螺栓卡槽座。
作为优选的,所述支撑架由胶木板材料制成。
本实用新型的有益效果是:此模具安全可靠,操作方便,一人即可完成电池的组装,大大提高了组装效率;此模具采用的极耳连接的方式,可代替现有传统焊锡或超声波焊接用于软包电池的组装,能满足储能电站对组装电池技术的各项性能要求,提高焊接效率50%以上,解决了高温对电芯的损坏;组装过程无需对电池频繁反转,大大降低了组装过程中人为因素对电池的损坏。
