背景技术
超级电容器是一种新型储能装置，具有良好的大功率充放电性能，能量转换效率高、温度特性好、循环使用寿命长和绿色环保等优点，使超级电容器成为当前绿色储能领域研究和发展的热点，而受到世界各国的普遍重视。超级电容器的应用范围也十分广泛，主要应用于电力电子、数码、汽车、医疗、卫生、通讯、能源、军事等领域。
在超级电容器制造过程中浆料的制备是一个十分重要的步骤，浆料的好坏直接影响超级电容器成品的各项性能指标。在超级电容器的浆料制备过程中极易引入异物给超级电容器的安全性能埋下严重的隐患，因此在超级电容器浆料制备过程中必须严格控制异物的进入。浆料在抽真空除气泡过程中，会有少量的干粉吸入抽真空管道中，同时伴随含有溶液气体的空气，由于真空管道内气压很低，所以溶液气体很容易液化为液体，当泄真空时，真空管道中的干粉和液体会回流到浆料罐中。当真空泵阀门出现异常时，管道内会有真空泵油，这也将导致整批浆料污染，给超级电容器的安全性带来严重的隐患。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种能够解决真空管道内的异物及真空泵油回流到浆料罐中污染浆料的问题的一种超级电容器浆料抽真空装置。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型采用的技术方案为：一种超级电容器浆料抽真空装置，包括浆料罐，浆料罐通过真空管道连接有真空泵，其特征是：浆料罐和真空泵之间设计有真空缓冲罐，真空缓冲罐与浆料罐之间的真空管道上安装有泄真空阀，真空缓冲罐与浆料罐相通，真空管道与浆料罐的连接口高于真空缓冲罐与真空泵的连接口。
此结构中，所述真空缓冲罐底部为锥形，真空缓冲罐的底端安装有排污阀。
本实用新型的优点效果在于：由于本实用新型通过在浆料罐和真空泵连接的真空管道上增设了一个真空缓冲罐，使泄真空时真空管道内的异物或真空泵油回流到真空缓冲罐中，避免了真空管道内的异物或真空泵油回流到浆料罐中而污染浆料，所以使用本实用新型使浆料的品质得到了保障，同时真空缓冲罐底部为锥形设计并设有排污口，可以直接排污，操作简单方便。

本实用新型如图1所示，一种超级电容器浆料抽真空装置，包括浆料罐6，浆料罐6通过真空管道1连接有真空泵4，其特征是：浆料罐6和真空泵4之间设计有真空缓冲罐3，真空缓冲罐3与浆料罐6之间的真空管道1上安装有泄真空阀2，真空缓冲罐3与浆料罐6相通，真空管道1与浆料罐6的连接口高于真空缓冲罐3与真空泵4的连接口；在本实施例中，所述真空缓冲罐3底部为锥形，真空缓冲罐3的底端安装有排污阀5。
当浆料抽真空除气泡完毕后，打开泄真空阀，真空管道内残留的异物和真空泵油即回流到真空缓冲罐中，这样防止了异物和真空泵油回流到浆料罐中，从而避免了浆料罐中浆料的污染；间隔一段时间，打开排污阀将缓冲罐内的异物排除。

1.一种超级电容器浆料抽真空装置，包括浆料罐（6），浆料罐（6）通过真空管道（1）连接有真空泵（4），其特征是：浆料罐（6）和真空泵（4）之间设计有真空缓冲罐（3），真空缓冲罐（3）与浆料罐（6）之间的真空管道（1）上安装有泄真空阀（2），真空缓冲罐（3）与浆料罐（6）相通，真空管道（1）与浆料罐（6）的连接口高于真空缓冲罐（3）与真空泵（4）的连接口。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种超级电容器浆料抽真空装置，其特征在于：所述真空缓冲罐（3）底部为锥形，真空缓冲罐（3）的底端安装有排污阀（5）。
