本实用新型涉及一种液位计。
背景技术
在化工生产中，必须根据测量介质的物性选择合适的测量仪表类型，磁致伸缩液位计测量精度达到0.1mm，是一种非常理想的测量工具。但针对粘度高、腐蚀性强的介质很难选择一个最优的测量方案，因为传统结构的磁致伸缩液位计在液位测量时虽然短时期内可以达到理想的测量效果。
但是，现有的技术中，一些物质在常温环境下，会出现凝固，导致液位计不能及时的观测到罐体内的液位高度，造成测量假液位等，无法长期的使用。
实用新型内容
本实用新型提供一种液位观测精确，操作方便的液位计。
本实用新型解决技术问题提供如下方案：
一种液位计，包括罐体，其特征在于：所述罐体的侧壁上端固定安装有上液位管，所述上液位管上连接有球阀，所述罐体的侧壁下端固定安装有下液位管，所述下液位管上连接三通，所述三通与上液位管之间连接有观测管，所述观测管的外包裹有保护套，所述观测管内放置有悬浮片。
所述保护套与罐体之间固定连接有定位杆。
本实用新型在罐体的侧壁上设置上、下两液位观测管，用透明管道将上、下两液位观测管互相连通，这样在罐体内进行加料时，液位管内的液面会随着罐体内的液面高度同时上升，同时在液面观测管内放置悬浮片，这样液面观测更加方便，且在液面观测管的外壁上设有保护套，起到保温的作用，这样对于一些易凝固的原料，这样可以防止物料凝结，影响观测。
