Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种辅助测量工具,具体涉及一种孔距测量器。 
背景技术
在输电线路的巡视工作中,巡视人员常常发现角钢丢失,此时巡视人员需记录丢失角钢的编号,以便查阅图纸进行加工补装,而在实际操作中,常常因为丢失现象严重无法记录到编号,杆塔在运行中,随时间的推移会逐渐发生轻微的变形,因此即使是按照图纸加工出来的角钢,带回现场后时常出现安装困难甚至无法安装的状况。最好的解决方案是巡视人员能够现场直接测出角钢的孔距,巡视人员基本为单人,对于短的角钢尚可测量,如遇到较长的角钢,若用一般孔距测量仪,量程有限且不便于携带,若用卷尺,单人操作极不方便且精度较差,以此加工出来的角钢很可能也会发生安装困难的现象。 
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本实用新型提供一种便于携带,功能齐全,能够单人精确测量较大孔距的孔距测量器。 
本实用新型采用的技术方案是:一种孔距测量器,包括插头,所述孔距测量器还包括顶座,旋转头和带有内螺纹的套环,所述顶座底部与插头连接,所述插头有与套环内螺纹相匹配的外螺纹,所述旋转头套接于顶座顶部并可绕其轴自由旋转。 
所述的孔距测量器,所述插头底部为锥形结构,所述旋转头上垂直于卷尺槽方向设置有通孔,所述通孔过旋转头的中轴线。 
本实用新型的有益效果是:构造简单小巧,携带方便,卷尺槽的设计可使单人精确测量较大长度的孔距,其同时还可当做铅垂使用。

具体实施方式
如图1至4,顶座1为一圆柱体,内部空心并有内螺纹,顶部圆口小于底部圆口,插头2底部为圆锥形,下半部有与套环6相匹配的外螺纹,上半部有与顶座1内螺纹相匹配的外螺纹,插头2下半部分直径的大小可根据所测量孔直径的不同而生产不同的型号,旋转头3底座直径大于顶座1顶部圆口直径,小于顶座1内径,旋转头3的头部直径小于顶座1顶部圆口直径,头部设置有一个卷尺槽4,在垂直于卷尺槽4方向设置有通孔5,所述通孔过旋转头3的中轴线。安装时,先将旋转头3自下而上套接在顶座1顶部,其头部由顶座圆孔突出,插头2的上半部分拧入顶座1内,此时,旋转头3不会从顶座1内脱落,并可自由旋转。 
当进行测量时,取出两套孔距测量器,分别将两个插头2插入欲测量的两个孔中,调整旋转头3,对齐卷尺槽4,取出卷尺,将卷尺首端插入第一孔距测量器的卷尺槽4并勾住,拉出卷尺至第二测孔的孔距测量器卷尺槽中,读数记录卷尺数值。 
如用线绳穿过旋转头3头部将装置吊起,还可充当重锤使用。

1.一种孔距测量器,包括插头(2),其特征是:所述孔距测量器还包括顶座(1),旋转头(3)和带有内螺纹的套环(6),所述顶座(1)底部与插头(2)连接,所述插头(2)有与套环(6)内螺纹相匹配的外螺纹,所述旋转头(3)套接于顶座(1)顶部并可绕其轴自由旋转。
2.根据权利要求1所述的孔距测量器,其特征是:所述插头(2)底部为锥形结构,所述旋转头(3)上垂直于卷尺槽(4)方向设置有通孔(5),所述通孔(5)过旋转头(3)的中轴线。
